Very nice , I love it here but when someone flushes the toilet from upstairs I can hear it run down my walls .. kinda gross lolsubmitted by Lexus H. - |Recommended: YesIt’s nice very clean and safe environment especially if you have little kids you feel very safe. Sound insulation is very mediocre.submitted by Nikkie M. - |Recommended: YesBuildings, facilities, and grounds are kept very well. The staff is awesome. Maintenance personnel are very knowledgeable and respond in a timely manner to any and all request. Sound insulation is mediocre at best.

Mediocresubmitted by Raven C. - |Recommended: NoWhen I first moved in my apartment seemed fine, it was not. The carpet in the living room was completely soaked up in water from a leaking pipe. I mentioned the wet carpet the day after and they wrote it off as just part of the carpet cleaning process. There I was two days later left with a huge puddle, if it wasn't for my husband checking we wouldn't have found out about the leak. They provided us with a carpet cleaning and a fan to dry out the area. I had to have the fan on for 2 days over 14 hours on till the spot dried. I mentioned my concern to the staff about the energy usage and the manager came out with an attitude, her fix was tossing and gift card on the table. No manners at all, who just tosses things at customers. Issue number two, I asked for another key for my apartment which is supposed to come with two. One week later and i was never provided with a key, so I paid out of my pocket to make a copy of my own. Third issur, the payment Portal sucks You pay your rent due and find out you still owe more, because they forgot to add the correct amount. That is some crap, has happened multiple times and that is an extra processing fee every time. I have even call before paying the rent to verify the amount is correct, since I did the math and it showed it wasn't. They tell me it's correct and to pay what the amount shows online. Well that turns out to not be true, they update the price after I've paid. There is no positive things to day other than, the maintenance crew is nice and fast at their job. Also you get charged for trash disposal and that isn't even valet. I can't wait to move out, I've lived in so many apartments and I've never had so many issues.
