I love my apartment and living here.|Recommended: YesLiving here is perfect for me I am young and single and this is my first apartment. I have a view of the mountains which is incredible, and it's close to my work. The people who work in the office are kind though are a bit slow to respond to requests and don't seem to ever respond to voicemails. The inside of the apartment building is not the cleanest but things look nice and new enough. This place is perfect for me and I have not had any issues with Weidner so far, though others in the community do not always seem as pleased as I am.

Alpine apartments are very cozy and spacious|Recommended: YesLiving here was actually a very good experience and I would highly recommend this apartment complex it's very cozy and spacious with very high ceilings and big windows to let in a lot of natural light
Great for the price|Recommended: YesWhile these apartments are very affordable there is always a seafood like smell in certain areas and the elevator hasn't had an inspection in years which isn't safe however the neighbors are all polite and keep quite.

Very greedy management that took advantage of me|Recommended: NoIf you pay 100 of the amount due per the ResidentPortal on the first and have a late notice posted days later this is the place for you All I needed was a two-month rental furnished for medical needs. And I was unaware that the management would continue my lease beyond the 2 months specified. Not originally from Alaska and there is some law about having to give 30 days notice before rental is due that they used against me. Even thou I clearly stated all along that I would need the rental for a maximum of 2 months. They ripped me off for 5 additional days of rent. The bathtub has been patched twice and I was afraid to take a bath in it. Going on two weeks to get the kitchen light fixed refuses to turn on fluorescent . I was within a day of being forced to pay another full month for not giving enough notice. Due to the nature of my rental need, it was always a maximum of two months. The even lost my file upon renting and I had to provide local and regional management my original quotes to get matters settled. Do yourself a favor and not lease here

Maintenance crew|Recommended: YesI just want to thank Robert and his friendly, helpful and hard working crew. They do a great job of keeping the property in good shape and are very quick to respond.
Great Experience |Recommended: YesI want to really commend Alpine Apartments for offering something that is generally hard to find in Anchorage a quality apartment that won't break the bank. The staff are fantastic and really look for ways to help you make your experience the best it can be. As with anything what you put into your apartment is what you get out of it and honestly i think it's pretty great here.

My apartment fits me perfectly and my neighbors are all very friendly. Alpine is within a close to my employment and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are also very pet friendly.
