Anchorage Metro Business District|Recommended: YesCastle is decent with room for improvement. I stay in the remodeled unit with mountain views. I like that Castle is a secure building with entrances security cameras, indoor mailboxes, and an elevator. Castle parking fees along with a provided Castle parking sign is professional and I don't have to worry about being targeted for a parking space. Castle location is convenient and within walking distance to the grocery and laundromat. Castle has a laundry room however, I prefer to sit and watch my laundry at a laundromat. Castle is modern with online rent payment options.

Needs Paint|Recommended: YesCastle is a quiet place but needs some hall carpets and paint as well. Rent is also a bit steep for having such small units. surrounding area is sometimes loud.

Nice clean place to live|Recommended: YesWe enjoying living at the castle, staff is wonderful. Any time we need something fixed it's done very quickly. The office staff is so helpful and friendly. We just can't get over how clean our place was when we moved in to it.
I would say just Good|Recommended: YesIt's really nice except the maintenance because they keep for ever to come and fix the issues when they say that is just 24-48hours and never come to fix the issue that you can have.
Very convenient place to live |Recommended: YesLiving at castle is so nice, friendly staff, timely maintance, and not to mention the location is close to everything With in walking distance of lots of great attractions. Love living with Castle

Castle Is The Best |Recommended: YesThe staff here are fantastic I've been here through two community directors. Melissa, the current community director, has gone above and beyond to turn this property around from its former issues. I've watched this community grow leaps and bounds. Melissa runs a truly phenomenal team of great people, from her office staff to her clean up crew. Before Melissa came and took over the property I had no intention of renewing my lease, but now I don't see leaving the property to rent anywhere else. When I leave it will be to purchase a home. No community is perfect and there are still issues that come up, but Melissa and her team of superstars quickly address and fix these issues as soon as they arise. The new maintenance supervisor Chuck is absolutely fantastic and is on top of things. He goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of and always makes sure to address additional issues while he is there if anything else needs to be fixed I love my apartment It is absolutely beautiful I love this community and the staff who work here Thanks guys for really showing you care about the residents who live here
