Conifer grove|Recommended: YesIt's a very nice community neighbors are very nice and helpful and weidner team is nice and respectful. Everytime I've had needed maintenance they were right on it.

ATTENTION|Recommended: NoWeidner new employees are rude and don't know how to do there jobs they have been very unprofessional I have never had a problem with staff and I been with the company for a year now till they made some changes weidner company is very quick to take peoples money and give feeds for every little thing even for problems that are out of your range but when it comes to them fixing anything In the apartments they take forever and always have excuses I feel bad for anyone that wants to rent here because they don't know what there going up against, I have met other residence that feel the same way hope they can make some changes before I terminate my least agreement.

The best ever |Recommended: YesConifer Grove apartment homes is by far the best place to call home. The staff are friendly, efficient and always answer my questions or inquiries through a timely manner. They get things done and always try to help in the best way possible. My mode of transportation is by Bus routes. The bus route 45 stops right here at the apartments. I am so glad for that Things are quiet, neighbors are pretty friendly, and area is looking sharp. I'm happy I was able to move in Thank you to the staff at Conifer Grove, for being patient and understanding to my everyday trials.

Terrible quality built maintained very poorly|Recommended: NoIts a money trap. I would love to get a hold of the owner and see if they know residents go without heat for over a month when its -5 outside. The maintainence ppl say we have bigger issues yours isnt at the top of our list. Two br apts have one parkin spot no guest park in. They will tow you off if u dont have a permit and in your spot. Its a nightmare to loud your laundy cards and they are screwed up all the time. Office is always closed with a brb sign that says the next day on it. The toilet is a water savers then maintenence comes in and cut the tube in the back of them to save even more water. Our water bill is 65 and goes up every month after told all you have to pay is electric. This place just gets worse.

Overall poor rating|Recommended: NoParking is very horrible. There is no lines to separate the parking. People are always parking in my spot. You can hear the neighbors walls are too thin Construction is extremely horrible. Mold is growing in the apartments. Mice are everywhere in the apartment there are mice holes in the vents. Maintenance are not in a timely fashion. Staff never is available to the phone calls. Never at the office. I want to move out of the area ASAP
