Give and takesubmitted by Johnny L. - |Recommended: YesGreat apartment, comfortable, nice finishes, and good space. If your looking for a place that you socialize with your neighbors, this is not the place. No common areas, even at times you don't even realize you have neighbors. For the most part very quiet, but at times you can hear upstair neighbors walking, or doors slam. Nothing that can't be overcome with talking to your neighbors.
Great Place to Livesubmitted by Justin R. - |Recommended: YesHonestly, the staff here has been awesome. Only complaint would be being able to hear the neighbors above and their dog who runs around at 1030PM at night. It's pretty loud but otherwise its been great. Parking situation could be better but it's hard to change that now.
response from property -Hi there Justin, We appreciate hearing from you and knowing that you are having an awesome experience with the on-site teams:) If you are having issues with excessive noise - please do not hesitate to connect with the office so that we can be sure to document and assist with noise violations if applicable. We value your feedback and thank you for choosing to make your home here with us at the Aventine Apartment Home community. Kind regards, Kristie - Weidner Customer Service
Safe, secure, convenient, and cleansubmitted by Nora P. - |Recommended: YesVery kind property manager, safe area, clean common areas, over-priced for having no amenities, can hear neighbors from time to time.
So far so good submitted by Chongjun K. - |Recommended: YesI've been living in the Aventine Apartment for about 5-6 months total, and so far it has been pleasant. The elevator has a lot of room, and the apartment is clean overall. The only complaints that I have are the door closing noise where people just slam their doors and it would surprise me every now and then, including the stairway door and the floor noise. After moving to the 3rd floor from the 5th, I noticed that I can hear the people living right on top of us more clearly, such as the noise of steps and the loud bathroom flushing. Other than that everything seems to be fine
response from property -Hi Chongjun, Thanks so much for your feedback. I am glad you everything is "So far so good". I will be sure to share your review with the team. Take care, Wendee - Customer Service

Great!submitted by Donald W. - |Recommended: YesI'd say the quality of the unit seems great, the location is good, the rent is about right for the location and the staff is friendly.
10/10. Will rent again.submitted by Kyle B. - |Recommended: YesAventine is a great apartment complex to live in. The landlord / apartment manager, Alex, is great. He's professional, and is extremely considerate when it comes to apartment living. The complex gives you no added amenities, so they're able to offer cheaper apartment living in an expensive area (downtown Bellevue), which is great! Every apartment I've lived in has always offered a gym, a pool, a sauna, and extra amenities that I, personally, would never use; because of that, they'd up the price of my rent, which always felt like a rip-off considering I wasn't taking advantage of what was being offered. That's neither my nor the apartment's fault, but since that's the way I am, Aventine caters to me perfectly.
Aventine is the best complex I've lived at.submitted by Kyle B. - |Recommended: YesI'd tell them you get what you pay for, and while the rent is cheaper than most of the other complexes it is absolutely justified reasonably lower through the means of removing extra apartment "perks" that most complexes charge extra for (pool, gym, business room, recreational room, etc.). Alex (complex manager) is polite, sophisticated, and is very professional about meeting the needs of the residents. My only complaint about the complex... is the residents themselves. A lot of inconsiderate people live here, and dirty up the place. The elevator is constantly smelling of something terrible (possibly dog urine), people leave garbage everywhere around the dumpster, and don't bother putting in a little extra effort to pick up garbage that may have fallen below. Alex is left to clean up after everyone's spoiled behavior, and it is frustrating to witness. That being said, while I recommend this complex to anyone who wishes to live in Bellevue, I can't recommend the community that lives in it. There are definitely good people that live here, but the messes the few leave for everyone to clean up impact the community's reputation as a whole. I'll continue to live here for a while, though. The loft apartment I live in is amazing, and my wife and I are extremely happy with the pricing and apartment as a whole. The furnishings are amazing, and the quality is outstanding (including a nice view of the city from our window!).
Great fixtures and appliancessubmitted by Olivia H. - |Recommended: YesAlex is a wonderful apartment manager. He is super helpful and always very professional. The location is very convenient for commuting via i405 or walking to downtown Bellevue. The only drawback is the highway noise which of course cannot be avoided.
