But it would be worth replace carpets with heated tiles or hard wood. The carpets are old and need replacement at many apartments here. I think it a great community to start living in Calgary.

Nice apartments, poor roads/parking.submitted by Dave S. - |Recommended: YesThe units themselves are nice, the staff is good. However, once winter hits there are severe problems with the roads and the parking within the complex, to the point where neighbors require you to push their car in order to get out. Also, depending on your parking spot, you may not be able to use it in the winter because the snow ensures you'll get stuck if you try, even with winter tires. Beautiful in the summer, but you park at your own risk in the winter.

My bedroom is huge, and we have so much room it does not feel cramped at all. I love having my own washer and dryer and being able to live with my pets. I have no access to my sub-meters. 4. The furnace is out of the apartment 5. I cannot tell you if the sub-meter is really belong to my apartment and if it is measure only my consumption 6. There was no even a repair painting before moving into our apartment. They promised it and forgot it. 7. They do not keeping their posted office hours. I tried to contact them twice in one week and nobody and the office was closed in their office hours.
