Everything seemed great until I actually moved in|Recommended: NoDon't They lied to me saying I was moving into another apt number and the day before moving day they said I will be moving into apt. That I was shown which was similar to the one I was supposed to be in. While walking thru the apt the place smelled bad of dog feeces and urine, Marla told me they will have to remove carpet and replace it because condition of the carpet but not to worry because this is not the one I will be living in. On moving day I realized this is in fact the apt I moved into. I already paid the deposit and do not have money to move else where especially after paying additional 400 deposit for electricity. I move in and notice things that are covered up and not fixed. Like towel racks and toilet tissue holders are loose and about to fall off. They disconnected the garbage disposals but did not bother to replace pipes with the right pipes causing the sink to constantly clog and I have to wait about an hour and a half to wait for water to drain. I won't even attemp to use the dishwasher. The carpet was crunchy and filthy, walking barefoot for a couple of min and my feet would be black not to mention the weird residue it has that feels oily. I feel like they couldn't get the other apt ready in time and stuck me into another apt that wasn't move in ready. The spare bathroom constantly clogs so we don't even use it.

I would recommend Bella Vista to my friend and family|Recommended: YesThis may be an older apartment complex but it's the best I've ive ever lived in. The office staff is very courteous and kind. They are very helpful and will listen to any concerns you may have. They also respond promptly to work orders or any other issue that may arise. My apartment is spacious and provides plenty of room when I have company. The grounds keeper has been keeping the complex clean and the grass is beautiful. There are plenty of play grounds for children to play. We also have security patrolling the grounds. The cost is affordable and I'm very satisfied with my experience thus far.

Cheap and Frustrating - Way Overpriced for Level of Quality|Recommended: YesIf someone were to ask about this place I would tell them to go anywhere else if they could afford it. A C sucks down 200 month whereas my last house that was twice as big used 1 3rd the energy to keep the same temperature. My refrigerator temperature control has been broken for 2 years because replacement parts are not available . My carpet was completely saturated with dirt when I first moved in. Dozens of broken items upon move-in and things continuously breaking every few weeks. Blinds broke and management wants me to pay for them, despite raising the rent over 100 month in a single year. Maintenance requests go several days to weeks before they are handled, if ever. Sometimes the maintenance requests are closed when the maintenance hasn't been performed. Honestly, this place needs new management that can do things accurately, on-time, and not be so greedy and cheap about everything.

Not that good of a place|Recommended: NoThe apartments are old, my air conditioner froze within the first 3 days of moving in. The carpet was torn dishwasher dirty rusted. The towel rods fell off the wall the water gets way to hot. I will never come back here again.
