I enjoyed my time at the community|Recommended: YesI would tell them that the apartments may not look the best but the staff is amazing. I would also tell them that the fellow tenants are well behaved and that you will have no issues out of anyone.

Nice location for everything, not enough parking|Recommended: YesIt's a great complex, everyone is really nice. The management is great and extremely responsive to the needs of the residents. Everything is maintained really well and the maintenance people are super friendly and take the time to understand the problem and make sure they fix it. The only complaint I have is that people from other buildings park in front of ours and then there is no spots for the residents of that building. I think assigned parking wouldn't be a terrible thing to consider.
A family friendly comunity |Recommended: YesI work 16 hours a day and enjoy keeping to my self. Most of my neighbors are quiet besides for a dog barking here and there. But they quite them down right away. There is one neighbor on the side of my bedroom that enjoys to throw parties. Other than that most everyone keeps to them selves as well. A very nice property with an indoor outdoor pool and spa, which is extremely nice after a long work day. The staff is very respectful and accommodates to my needs. Which I appreciate. On day of move in Alex had already walked through my house noting all the previous damage and prior stains, which was extremely helpful.

To much money|Recommended: NoGood property, and the floor plan is nice. It is older but it is in good condition. However they ran AC lines through my closet, and has exposed Freon lines in my closet. One bedrooms have one washer and dryer for every 8 units or so. I am having a hard time justifying the 950 price tag on my unit.
Just moved back here. Great apartments.|Recommended: YesI lived here years ago and now I have moved back. These are really very nice apartments with more amenities than most in town. My only complaint would be that the windows need to be replaced. They let in way too much noise and cold. But that certainly would not stop me from moving in again. The staff is amazing and they host fun events at the office each month. The maintenance people are quick and professional. It is just a fun place to live
I like the accommodations, staff, and location.|Recommended: YesI have enjoyed my time here. The accommodations are good. I like the layout of my unit, and I have enjoyed the people that I have interacted with. If you are looking for a safe and affordable spot to make your move to Colorado, or to transition from another apartment or home, then give the Retreat a call.

Pet friendly, quiet, safe neighborhood.|Recommended: YesAny time I have needed maintenance, staff has been prompt and courteous. The online portal is well maintained, the grounds are wonderful. Only negative I have is that rent doesn't post until the due date I prefer to pay in advance.
Nice Place. Perfect No.|Recommended: YesI actually have zero complaints about the staff or the quality. I am however a little miffed that 3 days after I forgot my rent payment after my first month that I received a phone call and upon returning home a 50 late fee and a letter from an attorney beginning eviction proceedings. I understand theirs is a tough business but it's my first offense and I'm only three days late The payment processing system doesn't even remind you to pay it until the day it's due. Whether it is or not, it felt like a way to get another 50 bucks out of me and I don't like business done that way. Other than that, couldn't be happier with my choice. Honestly. It's a nice place to live and the design is excellent for an apartment. Could have more parking but you know what you're signing up for renting an apartment so it's not really their fault. I'd rather have the trees than a few extra parking places. So yeah, other than what feels like a predatory collections practice it's excellent. The whole collections thing sort of negates the point of having community events at the clubhouse . Stop buying me pizza and slow down on your charges if you have to. Seriously. I'll accept a delay for fixing a livability issue if it arises because of life happening I expect the same respect. The rent isn't exactly low and the buildings aren't exactly new. To the staff sorry I didn't get to email you this more privately. When I logged on to correct this issue you called me about today, the system asked for a review and I gave an honest one. It's not as though I'm dissatisfied with the practice. It's good business. However, it will be a HUGE deciding factor on extending my lease. I'm not a big fan of living in a place so eager to re-rent that they begin proceedings like this and call for a reminder to pay the day they place the notice. Like I said business is business and this is sound practice. Maybe you should be selling shoes though. It's not the sort of practice that belongs in a hospitality and humanity driven industry if you want people to feel at home. Thank you for your time. I hope you won't think badly of me for this. I say it with the best of intentions. I really do like it here and will be satisfied even with this arrangement until our parting.
