Th e propertysubmitted by Deja A. - |Recommended: Yesthe property is beautiful but it is not well maintained. It's so sad because they have the most beautiful pull, gym and designs but the property is not upkept, hallways and elevators are always dirty and the stairs cases receive NO attention whatsoever Parking is ridiculous, there needs to be guest parking period
response from property -Hi Deja, thank you for providing your valued feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience has been anything less than positive. I have confirmed that grounds are cleaned daily at Artisan by maintenance as a part of their daily routine. If you have an interest in speaking with me more about your resident experience please feel free to reach out to me by phone or email at (855) 411-9343. Take care, Weidner Customer Service
My Home- Artisan at Main Apartment Experiencesubmitted by Michelle L. - |Recommended: YesI have lived in my apartment for about 4 years now. When I moved in, there was heavy construction on the 91, and my expectation was that once completed, it would drive awesome new businesses to this area of Corona, as well as alleviating the difficult commute. Unfortunately, that is not the case, and it just made things worse. There are new businesses, but not of the type I had hoped for. Certainly I cannot fault management for that, but as that was part of my longer-term planning in my decision to move here, it is disappointing as to the location, location, location aspect. Parking is a little odd- if you have two cars, you only get one assigned space, and you have to register only one of your vehicles to that space you cant just park either of your cars in the assigned space , and parking is sometimes hard to find especially if you go out in the evening and come back . That being said, I usually do find parking, but sometimes it is a bit far if you have groceries to carry. Grounds are kept nicely, and despite some residence not cleaning up after themselves or their pets, maintenance staff seems to regularly clean up the shared spaces , including hosing down the hallways, and they are very friendly in all encounters I have had. Pool area is lovely, and the gym is awesome although they continually seem to stream Fox news on the TVs in there- not sure why Anyway, most people have their own music to work out to, so not a big deal... The apartments are pretty spacious and stylish and easy-to-maintiain- the laminate floors are such great quality that I think if it was my place, I would prefer them over some hardwood Central air is a dream and helps with cooling bills. Neighbor above me has large dogs, so it can sound like a greyhound race is happening over my head sometimes, but that is the nature of a place that allows pets, I guess, so it is not so bad. Occasionally, we have neighbors that play music or party too loud and too late on a weekday, but it is pretty rare., and if you give a quick knock, they usually get the point and turn it down like a good neighbor. All the neighbors I have encountered have been friendly, courteous people. Front office staff is not always the most knowledgeable or friendly, and sometimes hard to get in touch with if you work regular hours, but they don't pester you constantly like some places I have lived. The maintenance staff is AWESOME, and they usually come within a day, or sometimes even the same day, and resolve any issues. All-in-all, my apartment feels like HOME. It is a place I can be proud of, make my own, and the staff are responsive if you do have a need. I think that is the best experience one can hope for outside of owning your own home, and I am happy to call it my HOME.
response from property -Hi Michelle, thank you for taking the time to post! We appreciate the feedback and are glad to hear of the items you liked! We are so glad to hear how much you feel at home in your apartment! And I will be sure to share your kind words with the maintenance team. The TV's in the fitness room are currently in rotation with the channels so it will not be continuously left on one channel. We have enlisted Patrol One parking at Artisan as an effort to have unauthorized vehicles removed from parking on the property so that more parking will be available for authorized vehicles and so far it has been a success. We thank you again for taking the time to post as we appreciate hearing from all our valued residents. Take care, Weidner Customer Service
