I think that it is greatsubmitted by Tracy M. - |Recommended: Yesthat it is a nice place to live I haven't been living at Brackenridge long enough to say more.

Ok for short term submitted by Jacqualin M. - |Recommended: NoI have lived here for 11 Months. The only good thing I would say is the Staff and Maintenance are awesome. The Parking is horrible I have to pay for a spot in order to park close to my apartment since I have a 4 year old child and work long hours I would not feel safe having to walk from the street to my apartment in the dark. My car was vandalized about mid way thru my lease all 4 tires were slashed but there is no surveillance and the security patrol only comes thru once or maybe twice a night. The people that live above me are very loud and not considerate, now I have a small 4 year old child and I know she is loud at times but I am constantly reminding her that people live below us and she needs to be considerate. Overall the price is way to high and will not be renewing my lease.
response from property -Hello Jacqualin, Thank you for taking the time to write your review and for providing feedback on what we are doing well, along with what we can do better. We take each review seriously and look at ways in which we can improve for our residents. Your feedback is appreciated and if you are still experiencing issues with noise, please do not hesitate to connect with your on-ste team for assistance. Kind regards, Kristie - Weidner Customer Service
Great Maintenance submitted by Frank B. - |Recommended: YesEric did such a great job. He fixed everything on the work orders and really did it quick but perfect. Was so convenient for us he got it done and made it better than new. Thank you Eric we appreciate everything you do for us for the past 7 years. Excellent customer service and great attitude for the job.
It's alright, its your typical apartment.submitted by Kole K. - |Recommended: YesWhen we first talked to them they seemed alright. They hooked us up with some paid parking spots out in the boonies, and said it was only temporary. Then they assigned us a new spot closer as the new month started, a few weeks out. Well when the time come to take over the new spots, apparently someone else was more important. Because they gave them away to someone else. Now i have to wait on some list for who nows how long to get a spot closer. I have a 3 year old, so to get him ready in the morning and walk clear to the other side of the apartment complex is a real issue for me. And they fact that they lied, and didn't honor their word.
Well maintained with friendly and helpful staff.submitted by Frank I. - |Recommended: YesWe love the look and feel of our apartment.
Too expensive for not much qualitysubmitted by Jesse L. - |Recommended: NoThe rent is too much for what you get. The maintenance guy marked my car for tow even though it had been registered with the office since the day I moved in and I have been here over a year. When I told the office women about it, they seemed to not care much at all about it. The sticker wasn't meant to be taken off easily so I asked them if they could remove it since it was their mistake that it was placed on there in the first place and they said no. Another time, I was changing my tires in the parking lot and the maintenance guy came over and very rudely told me that I wasn't allowed to work on cars on the property and I said ok and then he rode by on his cart and stopped and wrote my license plate number down and then said he was gonna go get the manager. Very rediculous behavior for a maintenance person and for something not such a big deal. Won't be renewing my lease and would never reccomend living here to anyone else as my appliances are also outdated compared to what they advertise and my rent has gone up once after renewing my lease the first time and they said it had to go up for everyone since they bought new chairs for the pool. Worst apartment complex I've lived in.
It is ok.submitted by Stacey B. - |Recommended: NoThe staff are easy to work with, however, the apartment is very expensive. Also, I can hear everything that my neighbor does, especially when they vacuum, run water, and when they have arguments. The apartment isn't well insulated, so it gets cold quickly if the heat isn't turned on. The exterior needs to be painted and has needed it since I moved in. On the bright side, they do maintain the landscaping very well. Parking is limited if you do not pay for a covered parking space.
Frustrated and annoyed with Parkingsubmitted by Laura A. - |Recommended: YesI would tell people that parking is horrible. I ALWAYS end up having to park on the street. Tired of having to walk through the grass that is basically soaked and muddy. I pay enough rent a month and Residents should have an assigned spot or carport parking should be free and assigned one spot to each resident. Residents with more than one car should have one parking spot within the residence and the other car s should park on the street. Motorcycles should have smaller parking spots. Cars with Handicap stickers should park in handicap parking and not in open spaces. It is unfair to allow deployed residents to park at the complex when they are not actually living in the apartments.
Great place submitted by Crystalynn K. - |Recommended: YesThe staff is amazing grounds are clean, parking can be a prblem, but overall, its wonderful
