Big apartments, pools never open|Recommended: YesThe layout of the apartments is awesome, very spacious. The negative is that we moved in during the summer and the pool has been closed a lot due to maintenance which seemed to take a long time to fix. Also the hot tub has never been open, its green.

Love my apartment but not worth putting up with office staff|Recommended: NoThe office staff is extremely rude. Any time I called the office I'm told the managers out walking the grounds and when I do get a talk to her she never can give me a straight answer show is tells me should call me back and never does. I understand when you have new people in an office but if you're going allow them to answer the phone and answer resident questions they should at least know what they're talking about they can't read ledgers they over charge they never can explain anything and the property managers just as pad it's always an excuse but she's sure the how will take your money. The sad thing is as I love my apartment but it's not worth putting up with office staff that has no idea what they're doing you can find better for the amount of money I pay for my apartment which is sad because I think they're gonna lose a lot of tenants based on how they treat their residents they think throwing resonant functions is gonna make them look like good people when really is just covering up for them cause they don't know how to do their jobs.
