It suckssubmitted by Kim O. - |Recommended: NoI would move out if I could. I have been threatened by two neighbors and reported it to the office both times. The office did nothing. Our appartment has been flooded at least times and the maintenance just run a fan under the carpet for a few days and we have to pay the extra money for the electric bill. The neighbors stand outside and yell at all hours of the night, and the office does nothing. The office people leave an hour before the office is supposed to close.

Grounds are nice staff is nice but late night it looks very unsafe. My wife is afraid to walk to the car by herself early morning for work due to the activity at nightsubmitted by Duane J. - |Recommended: NoMy wife and I get up early for work, at around 2am when we leave there is people hanging out drinking, smoking, and playing music either from a car or from a patio. We see more activity Mon-Wed. There are drug deals being done in front of building Z. My sons car was broken into while parked on 327th because the lot was full. We have watched this complex change in the last 2 years for the worst. Unless there is a change we will not renew our lease a third year.
response from property -Hi Duane, thank you for taking the time to post. We appreciate hearing from all residents and always welcome their feedback. The Waterbury Community Director let me know that they reached out to you today by phone regarding this concern and left you a voicemail. They would like the opportunity to connect with you further on this matter as they have not received reports of any noise issues after office hours. If you have interest in discussing in further detail, I can be reached at 855.411.9343 or via email at customerservice@weidner.com. Take Care, Weidner Customer Service

Greatsubmitted by Crissy N. - |Recommended: YesConvenient and great location
Substantial improvement in one year.submitted by Bernal B. - |Recommended: YesIt is a very diverse community, with a multitude of children ranging in ages. Children are generally left unsupervised which i suppose shows that they feel safe in their neighborhood. However, you get the feeling that there isn't any parental care taking as they are left for hours to play in the parking lot. With summer approaching could a partnership develop with the local YMCA's or boys and girls clubs and other programs for Pre teen and teenagers to send them somewhere meaningful Everyone seems to stay to themselves and it becomes difficult knowing who lives here or who is visiting. Generally it is pretty quiet, with occasional noise with the neighbors across the hall. the young boy gets locked out a lot and pounds on the door for minutes. Parking in the fire zones is still problematic.
Resident since 2013 submitted by Jonita F. - |Recommended: YesI have lived here for pretty much 4 yrs. Everything has pros cons. I like that it's pretty dead most days around here. The parking situation sucks alot on the 3bdrm units side. I pay for a carport and I have ppl park behind me block me in. I had some maintainence issues that were tooken care in a decent time...a lot of ppl have pets...not me though. I haven't come across the poop issue. They do change management pretty often tho. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi is pretty sweet to have...also the outdoor pool opens after Memorial Day.. All the prices have went up these past few years. That's really crappy...i like the school district. The closeness convince to all things restaurant, movies, mall, grocery, community center, plenty of parks thru out federal way.
Okay to livesubmitted by ALANG P. - |Recommended: NoThe nieghbors above us and on both sides are very loud especially at night. Very hard to sleep for work. Parking is descent but when calling the office no one answers the phone. Also we were promised a screen door for our balcony and was left a note by maitanance that our screen door was ordered but a month has passed with no update.
