It's ok |Recommended: NoIt's not all that bad, but you can hear your neighbors way too much if they are above you and lately with the vandalism it's getting a bit scary especially if you have kids

Clean|Recommended: YesIt's very clean, the maintenance crew is very fast. I haven't had a problem with my apartment since I moved in . The one bedroom apartment is very big for a couple of two. The closet is very good in size I love how there is so much storage throughout the apartment and every tenant gets a storage closet.

Pretty good. out of 5 stars id give it 4.|Recommended: YesRelaxed living. Not too loud or annoying here. Friendly faces for sure. I love to take walks around the complex and never feel uncomfortable. Have an assigned parking spot, but if you don't and it's past 5, good luck finding a spot to park haha. But over all I do enjoy it here. Also GREAT events held and we get emails about them. Love it.

It is nice, quiet and safe|Recommended: YesWe have enjoyed living here so far. Maintenance always shows up within a day and quickly fix any problems we have. The grounds are beautiful and kept clean. My only complaint is the strong manure smell every morning.

Clean place to live|Recommended: Yesthe complex is overall really nice. the apartments are maintained as well as the grounds. the pool areas are nice. It is a pet friendly complex, which is nice, but the only bad thing is when the neighbor's dog barks, you can hear it from inside your apartment.

I'm loving it |Recommended: YesIt's awesome Property always looks clean, office staff are amazing Maintanence it's on top of things, the layout of my apt it has a great flow I just love this place There's only one thing that's minor the parking spots are tiny, I have a truck and I have to really be careful getting out of the truck, I might get a garage just to avoid that little issue I do I just want to get a garage too lol

Landscaping|Recommended: NoWhatever landscaping company is being used, and coming out once a week are definitely not doing what they're supposed to be. Instead they are hiding the debris, which is a common term among landscaping businesses. There is one employee the only employee I see who commonly walks around with a trash can and a rake, and sits on the electrical boxes waiting for the day to be over. Plants are brown and dead not because of the season , grass is missing in areas, plants are cut to crap and have debris in them. Working for a community management company, this is absolutely unacceptable and my landscaper would be let go.
