It feels like home.submitted by Julian H. - |Recommended: YesIt feels safe to live here. It is convenient to the 101.
Out dated and not kept up. submitted by Jessica C. - |Recommended: NoIt doesn't look like any thing has been updated sense the complex was built. The cabinets are well worn and there's is dents and chips missing in everything. Don't clean your apartment or you will wipe the paint they used to hid the chips right off. If you put in to maintenance you will be told that they are busy and will get to it as soon as they can. Which would be great but if you drive around the complex you will almost always find all of them hanging out together not doing anything.
Living at Reserve at Arrowheadsubmitted by Kimberlee M. - |Recommended: YesI have enjoyed living here since August 2015, and I would recommend this complex to a friend. The only complaint I have is lack of visitor parking by my building, after 6pm.
Well maintained. Very beautiful submitted by Yvonne T. - |Recommended: YesVery nice, sometimes very quiet, very clean except when some people do not respect their neighbors and put there garbage into the bin, but let it scatter all over the respect
It is a decent communitysubmitted by Parthiban S. - |Recommended: YesI will recommend for my friends
Its extremely expensive for the quality and care submitted by Cami K. - |Recommended: NoIts quiet and convenient but VERY expensive for how old it is and how old the fixtures and appliances are. That translates to large utility fees.
The property is nice, but I will move because of my neighbors.submitted by Aubrey P. - |Recommended: NoMy neighbors don't speak English and they terrorize their children. All I hear all night is two small children screaming and crying while the adults yell in another language. This happens almost every night and goes on even up until 3 00am. I have called the police, I have called DCS and made a report, and no one will do anything. The security guards here obviously don't care either because the people have all their windows open and everyone can hear what is going on. I will be moving as soon as my lease ends.

Nice Place to Livesubmitted by Jane H. - |Recommended: YesThis is a really nice location and the apartments are pretty nice. The office staff is always nice to work with and I enjoy stopping in. The pools are great and very relaxing. I like that the community is gated and that we have assigned covered parking. We also have really nice guest parking compared to other communities. The renovations that we paid for are nice, but I'm not sure that they are worth the extra money we pay in rent each month. Our cabinets are finally fixed and they do look nice. The flooring is nice and durable as well, but I wish we could have had it in the bedrooms too. I don't like the counters in the bathroom or kitchens, they look cheap. And some of the renovations cleaning done before we moved in was done very fast and wasn't as I expected when we moved in. The biggest complaint I have living here is the noise. My neighbors above me are up at random hours and I can hear them when I'm trying to sleep at night. I try to go to bed between 9pm-11pm and they are always making noise. The movement on their floors also causes movement on my ceiling which shakes the fan in the master bedroom. I've actually been woken up by the amount of noise a few times after I've fallen asleep. On the weekends when I'm home during the day I also hear very loud thuds on my ceiling throughout the day. I'm actually working from home this morning and I can hear the child running across the floor and I can hear items being dropped. I can tolerate the noise during the day better than I can at night, but I need my sleep at night. I can also hear their child screaming occasionally through the ceiling too, this is usually at night, I'm guessing when they are telling the child it's time to go to bed. I know living on the bottom floor has disadvantages but I never thought the noise would be this bad. I've lived in other apartments before in Indiana, and it was never a problem. The reason we picked the bottom level was because we wanted the new flooring, I'm not sure which would've been a better trade off now. The pool is great here and the gym has great potential. There needs to be better security in the area though. I see kids climbing over the fence all the time and people drive through the gates or wait for people to let them in frequently. With the weights in the gym being taken twice and my boyfriend's bike was stolen as well, I'm guessing we lack in the area of security. There could also be some monitoring at the pool, I've noticed that people think it's okay to smoke in and around the pool. I actually emailed the office about this and never got a response back. I've seen one particular lady get in the pool with her floaty and a cigarette. And there are a few people who lay out and smoke, breathing in second hand smoke is not a pleasant way to spend an afternoon at the pool. Thanks for all you do
Comfortable, Simple, Closesubmitted by Devin W. - |Recommended: YesAlthough the road noise is minimal, even normal conversations from neighbors can be loud through walls. I would sincerely like a recycling option next to the dumpster. The gym needs to be updated and could use an ergometer and olympic weight bar. All this considered, it is a comfortable place to live, with as much or as little interaction with neighbors as you want. It's also quite close to shopping and anything else you might need.
Quiet, convenient, safe, clean, the neighbors are pretty nice. submitted by Teresa G. - |Recommended: YesOf all the apartments I have lived in this one is the nicest and the quietest. The grounds are pretty clean, and people are good about picking up after their pets, for the most part. Neighbors are nice most of the time. I haven't had to call the police one time in the year that I lived here, unlike other apartments. The cordiality of the staff and maintenance needs improvement, but I haven't had problems like other people may have had. If you need maintenance ask for Natalie, she gets it right every time. The guys need some empathy and get it right training. I gave construction a 2 star because the appliances need upgrading. Can't call it luxury if the appliances are old and shaky. Otherwise I've liked living here. I wish I could stay but the prices are outrageous. Yet they are renting to new tenants at lower prices than they offer good existing tenants. If it wasn't for that I would stay here for sure and I would recommend it.
Love it submitted by Amanda V. - |Recommended: YesIt is very peaceful, even with the Mall being so close. The staff in the office are very friendly and professional and maintenance are very quick at getting a service order taken care of. the property is well maintained and pools are kept nice and clean. Apartments are spacious and the layouts are perfect.
