Resident Reviews

Management is not up to par. The fan is making noise and no one dare to fix it submitted by Sumaira Q. - |Recommended: NoWorst experience ever in the rental history for us. Management doesn't take initiative to fix the issue for residents. We have written requests twice to fix the fan noise and no one bothered to look and had courage to tell that it's just how it is. We seriously are thinking to take legal action, hopefully this review might help the level of customer satisfaction go up a notch Regards, Sumaira & Javaid

Best Apartment Community! Beautiful Apartments!submitted by Renee W. - |Recommended: YesAsbury Park is a great community. I moved into my apartment in July and I absolutely love everything about it!
Beautiful setting, horrible parking, horrible water pressure, prompt maintenance service.submitted by Mary K. - |Recommended: NoUnfortunately, compared to the last 7 apartments I've rented this one has been one of the worst. Parking is absolutely awful constantly. If you count the units in my building and the buildings near it compared to the stalls available near these buildings it's like 7 stalls and 20+ units. If I arrive home late in the evening I have to park by the leasing office and walk in the dimly lit lot alone to my apartment which some would consider unsafe. The water pressure has been an ongoing issue, some times of the day it's normal, other times it's non-existent. I was told that this is normal for an apartment building but, this is the 8th unit I've rented in my life and I've never run into this? Sometimes I'll turn on my washer and I can't even hear it filling up because it's such terribly low pressure. My best example would be the shower, whenever you turn on a shower you should feel the pressure behind the knob as you turn it, it shouldn't be super loose or easy to turn. My shower knob sometimes turns normally with a little bit of effort required, other times it's super loose because there's no pressure. My vehicle is covered in scuffs and scratches since living here as well as mass amounts of tree sap that I've had to purchase a special cleaner to remove. There's frequently dog mess scattered throughout the grass and grounds even though the complex provides bags. The stairs are never cleaned and therefore have become home to accumulated insects and debris as well as the square of cement in front of my door and my neighbors. The closets all have shelves up high as normal but the ceiling above the shelves in this space is lower than the ceiling outside the closets so you can't stack much up there for storage. Not sure if this is just my unit? On a more positive note, I love the kitchen's size and look and appliances. The breakfast bar is gorgeous. Though once you fill the above ground cupboards with dishes and glasses you don't have any space left for a pantry unless you use the coat closet by the door. Flat top stove is beautiful! I love the closets with their organizer shelves. I love the doors and door handles. I love the curved shower curtain rod and the bathroom is great. The setting here is beautiful and quiet and the trees are gorgeous although they did cause sticky sap to get all over my car.
