Maintenance Staff Rocks submitted by Melody P. - |Recommended: YesFrom our very first days of moving a few items the maintenance staff have processed our requests in a timely manner. Simon even offered to help us move some items and I could tell he has a kind heart. Each of the crew are very approachable and friendly. We sincerely appreciate the work that they do.
response from property -Hi Melody, this is Wendee from Customer Service. Thank you so much for your feedback. We think the maintenance is pretty AWESOME! I will be sure to pass your kind words along. Take care, Wendee
We Feel at Homesubmitted by Melody P. - |Recommended: YesAs another resident stated we needed to downsize after decades of living in spacious homes with large yards. During our apartment search we were concerned about returning to apartment life since we have 2 little dogs we have disabilities which meant we needed a ground level apartment and wanted a place that was non-smoking since we are allergic to smoke. Watercrest meets all our needs. We worked Saniya who called us with the perfect place for us. Saniya loves the residents and it shows. We receive emails with important information regarding the apartments. We feel at home and feel the employees care about us. The maintenance staff is kind and requests are done in a very timely manner. We feel safe and at home and the staff are like family. They are professional, fun and compassionate. The management (Inora) are incredible. We are at home in an apartment!

Quiet, comfortable, safe, but lots of trash/debris in public areassubmitted by Catherine T. - |Recommended: YesIt has been a great experience, with the exception of the strong smell of marijuana in my hallway at night and the crap people leave in the hallway, but I think that is just a hazard of apartment living.
The appropriate space and good design and wonderful locationsubmitted by Sultan A. - |Recommended: YesCalm Neighbor Site Dealing with the administration All of the above more than wonderful
Pleasant environment and amenities, neighborly residents, terrific staff: it's home. submitted by Jean T. - |Recommended: YesI had been very concerned about downsizing and returning to apartment life after decades of living in spacious houses with large yards. As I was not interested in living in a large apartment building with elevators and long hallways, the perfect answer for me is living on the first floor of one of the two small buildings at the back of the property -- much more like living in a condo than a typical apartment. I have convenience and amenities that I didn't previously, and I can still garden and feed the birds. Truly, it's home.

I like Lucia a lot...she's helpful and nice.submitted by Jody H. - |Recommended: NoI would say it's okay. The buildings are old and the gym is old and the equipment is broken so while it may not be a big deal to some, it's important to have a free place to work out and it hasn't been good for a long time. Hallways smell musty and I can smell other peoples apartments when they are cooking food...there are a lot of east Indians here who cook curry and it's very unpleasant and the smell is overwhelming.
