Way better than my last apartment and staff managers are so nice|Recommended: YesParking is a struggle late at night,however staff is so kind and very organized and involved with tenants. My unit is amazing and the fireplaces make it cozy.

Parking is bad, but otherwise decent living|Recommended: NoParking is atrocious. All of the other reviews are absolutely correct in that the parking issue still remains to be a big problem, and it doesn't seem like anyone is looking into a fix for it. There are not nearly enough spots to handle everyone living there, even with the restriction of two spots per unit. I have to make sure I get home before 1700 or I risk losing my place, which means I can't go out late or do anything fun outside of that time frame. It feels incredibly limiting and stifling. Outside of that, though, the rest of the place is alright. The units aren't the best, the kitchen and bathroom are old and not very updated, but the rest of it is pretty decent. You get a lot of space for your money here, and the layout at least in my unit is good. Everyone seems knowledgeable in the office and can help out if you have any questions or concerns. I would not recommend this place to a friend in its current conditions. While I am mostly fine living here, the lack of parking and limiting factor of my time is really unfortunate and sours the entire experience. Until they figure out a way to fix the issue, I do not think people should move in here.

Could be good if|Recommended: NoMy main complaint is parking for how much people pay to stay here you should include one covered parking spot near their apartment and the rest should be free parking. There is not enough spots with free parking I've seen people park across the street from the main gate simply because there are not enough spaces. I feels like your apartment has a curfew because if you aren't home by 7pm good luck finding parking. A complete overhaul of your parking arrangement is needed clearly.

Decent Pretty Fine|Recommended: YesA'Cappella Apartment Homes is located conveniently close to freeway 5, 405, and highway 99. The community does offer friendly programs for families kids dinner, entertainment, etc . Parking is not usually a problem, but it might become one after 7 pm or so, and thus renting a carport is highly recommended to safe a parking space. The building is not new, but it is pretty decent for living and its pricing is fine too compared to where we moved from San Diego, CA .

Great place|Recommended: YesI call it a great place because it is overall. Good people seem to live here, and the staff that work full time in the office are beyond amazing. Specially Sasha and Dennis. Sorry, other guys you are great, too. Sometimes the groundsmen go very cheap with repairs. Whatever . However, the parking is awful. By awful, I mean the worst shit in the world. They don't have enough parking for all their occupants. The reason this is is because A there just isn't enough, and B they have soooo many places that you can't park in. Covers Reserved Also cost 80ish extra. Garages are tiny, and I would worry about parking a car. Also 100 . They have a separate lot that is never full, but you aren't allowed to park in there. This is not the office staff's fault it is corporate. They don't understand the parking situation, and so won't change their policies. If you get in after 7 you won't be able to park, and all the spots next to the road will be taken. The closest place to this to park is Safeway. At least until they force a parking standard. They also, won't reimburse you for the tow, and they raise rent yearly. Overall good place because staff is friendly, but their corporate are greedy douche bags who could care less, and give low budget for proper repairs.

All good except parking and it's important |Recommended: YesThe staff is friendly and community is good. But you are obliged to provide at least one free parking spot per apartment but it is very hard to find parking spot even in the neighboring buildings if not for paid parking. I am forced to a carport due to this reason which I hate. Also the car ports are very small and if you have two large SUVs on both sides of your car like in my case , it's hard to get out of the car and obviously tough to park every single day. I hope this will be addressed as soon as possible to retain residents to stay longer. I would recommend this place if this above important concern is addressed.

Best customer service Management team and Maintenance crew|Recommended: YesI just moved in and there has been several complications but the management team has been very accommodating and the maintenance crew has been on top of all that needed to be fix. I'm happy with the service even under the circumstances.
