Our foundation is cracked and so parts of our apartment tilt (in the living room, while at the toilet, and a few more areas.) Two months ago, we received new neighbors. After a few weeks of living their, they began leaving their trash on their deck. We reported this to the office. The bag remained for nearly a month and we continued to report it. Finally the bag was gone. But a week or so later, another bag appeared. So we reported it. And then it remained, and then the squirrels got to it and ripped it open. Trash began spilling from it. Trash blew into the grass. We continued to report it. Thank goodness for the landscaping team who picked up what was in the grass. I am sure the office did whatever it is they do in this situation. As a resident, however, I should not have to look at a landfill. I should not feel embarrassed when people are coming over because the exterior grounds look like a dump. I know the policy is to fine people who leave their trash on their decks but obviously the tenants did not care about the fines because for two months I have lived next to a landfill. Finally, I am being relocated for work and we had to break our lease. We were five days late giving notice. My husband went to speak to the office, and the employee working upset my husband with her remark, you are the unit that is five days late. I m sure she was making a joke, but to us, it was not funny. Being late on notice was the difference of an entire month s rent plus the lease termination fee of a month s rent. I also went and spoke with the Assistant Manager to let me her know about the ongoing issue with our neighbors and how the conversation went between my husband and her employee. She apologized on behalf of the employee. I also explained that for a week I have been trying to call the office during business hours and was unable to get someone on the phone. I did not feel comfortable leaving a voicemail. The Assistant Manager half apologized with a grin on her face that she was sorry that no one answered my calls. She also explained that the phone system does not leave a record of who called. I said, that wasn t the point. I wasn t looking for a call back. However, I was stating that when calling during office hours, one would think that someone would answer the phone. She said, had I felt comfortable sending e-mails that I could have also gone that route. So, are you apologizing for no one answering my calls or telling me I could ve sent an e-mail and gotten a response so then it wouldn t matter that no one answered my calls. I feel like a number. I do not feel like a resident. I am not sure about the service that I was receiving. Are you in customer service or are you a landlord who just collects the checks? If you are in customer service, I shouldn t have left feeling that it didn t matter what I was saying and I should have left feeling that you heard what I said and that something would actually come of it, at the very least a genuine apology. I did, at one point in the conversation with the Assistant Manager, get upset to the point that I stood up, and so I apologize. However, after that point, it was very clear that the Assistant Manager was done listening to me and wanted to do what she could to get me out of her office. And if this it not what she was meaning to convey, her body language and facial expressions stated otherwise. Maintenance has been wonderful. Timely and efficient. The woman who toured us, Debby, was also wonderful.

This is a nice community for our family.submitted by Chris H. - |Recommended: YesThe grounds are usually well-maintained (except for the folks who don't pick up after their dogs between Buildings 3 and 4, and some of the landscaped islands between the parking/garages), and the apartments are good for the price. Parking is almost never a problem (unless it's after 10pm on weekdays/midnight on weekends). The recycling program isn't worth a damn because the bins are always full. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Parking is problematic unless you plan to purchase a space, so this cost should be factored into rent. The tenants are nice and very polite. The staff have been friendly and mostly helpful. Having asked twice for a light cover to be replaced/fixed and it still not having been done there was feeling of discontent.

I have lived in several unsafe locations prior to this and it feels really good to know that you're in the hands of people who actually care. I was impressed with how quick maintenance responded to my request, even though I didn't feel like my request was urgent they treated it like it was. The management staff is always very warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Minus my commute to work, I enjoy living here very much.

The club house has wifi and with the media room you can get a theatre experience with some of the residents. The indoor/outdoor pools are kept very clean, and the cardio gym is fantastic.

Tenants are generally quiet and courteous, and the grounds and common areas are well maintained. Parking can be a bit of a challenge after 7pm if you don't have a carport or garage, and parking spots are narrow.

My personal shift tends to end around 11p which means I often come home to absolutely no parking. The community seems quite nice and the staff are very professional and helpful. The grounds are well maintained and aesthetically pleasing though the interiors of the apartments could use some TLC.
