Besides the fact that my rent keeps going up then down, after they said our rent was going to change lower amount, and it went back up again and all maintenance problems, and roach infestation there is.

Inside needs work, too much wrong|Recommended: NoThere are so many things wrong in my apartment maintenance takes a month or longer to get to fix it. Outdated inside parking lot is full of potholes. When I call to the office, they never answer or return my call.

Staff hardly ever picks up phones, maintenance requests fixed months later, parking never available |Recommended: Nohorrible place, all appliances are hardly working, everything breaks and stops working as soon as you move in, air conditioner making sound so loud that you will never be in peace when you get home
