Andorra Apartment Homes is conveniently located in Mountlake Terrace, Washington, less than 15 miles from downtown Seattle. Our spacious one and two-bedroom apartments are well-appointed with amenities like ample closet space, fresh and modern decor, ceiling fans, and private balconies. Separate living and dining rooms provide the space you need, and our recently updated units feature renovated bathrooms and kitchens. We also accept up to two cats, so bring your furry friends with you to your new apartment.

Our property amenities include extensive green spaces, a fitness center, a facility for laundry, and a movie theater room that is perfect for a movie night with friends. Andorra also has a clubhouse with community space. The clubhouse features a two-sided fireplace, full kitchen, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the outdoor swimming pool. My Opinionsubmitted by Rochelle G. - |Recommended: NoIf the issues below could be resolved I would have the perfect apartment. I love the layout and size of my apartment. I have had issue with mold in my apartment that still hasn't been resolved. The ceiling in the small bedroom leaks when it rains. The ceiling in the livingroom and kitchen needs to be repaired. The hallways stairs need to be cleaned on a regular basis. Often there are people sleeping in the laundry room.

The building space between apartments is not kept clean and often smells of mold, cigarettes, or marijuana. I would appreciate more building maintenance, specifically focused on keeping these areas clean and updated. The apartment complex has a great website and it is very useful to be able to pay rent through the online system. The staff are friendly and quick to respond to concerns.

Not happysubmitted by Becky H. - |Recommended: NoI would tell them to that they shouldn t move here. The maintenance people don t do their jobs so there are flooded apartments and mold - and that is just in my apartment.

Great apartment, could use modern upgradessubmitted by Kevin C. - |Recommended: YesOlder buildings, hallway noise is very apparent. Can hear people through doors as walking by easily. Walkways in the inner landscape are dark at night. Parking lot lights too bright and shine into apartment windows. Otherwise the rooms are really good size and well maintained for it's age.

The property is very well maintained.submitted by Nyssy T. - |Recommended: YesI would tell them that the living experience is great, problems are solved quickly, issues are addressed immediately and though I've not seen them but once, the property having it's own security is a nice cushion knowing that they're there. Neighbors are friendly and considerate of the time zones if you will and the neighborhood is very nice.

Quiet location but really old and smells moldysubmitted by Jacqueline S. - |Recommended: NoI noticed a bad musty, moldy smell in the stairwell coming up to the apartment upon move-in but had already signed the lease. Despite that, I was happy for about 3 days when the roof began leaking over my bed. The leak took a week or so to get repaired so water did not run into the bedroom. My room was filled with buckets and tarps. I wonder why the leasing agent did not let me move into the ground level place. The top floor has ceiling cracks in many places indicating long-term leakage. A new roof is being installed. The roofers are still trying to get the roof done between storms. I sleep in the dining room as now there is a crack above the bed area in the bedroom where the water had been pouring in and I don't need the ceiling falling in on me in my sleep. The ceiling fan in the dining room rocks wildly back and forth when I turn it on so I don't use it. I think the carpeted stairwell in BLDG F smells very gross and needs cleaned or replaced. The residents in this building in the back facing the parking lot and hill have no idea about clean or what a neat patio looks like. Smokers drop butts all over the place at will.
