Good|Recommended: YesWe've only been here a couple months, Its alot better than the apartments ive lived at. STAFF is helpful. My bottom stairs neighbor sucks though. Complains about everything. I have a 3 Year old and she is consistently knocking on my door to be quiet during the day. Sorry but I'm not having my 3 year old sit down and do nothing to please her. Everything else is good Plan on being here a while.

These apartment homes are very very nice and very affordable|Recommended: YesIt is nice neighborhood with friendly people. Good place to raise a family. The pool is kept nice and clean as well, would recommend these apartments to anyone.
So Far....I LOVE IT |Recommended: YesStill under construction, so I can't hold that against you. Very professional and friendly front office I love the maintenance response time. Upstairs it sounds like a kid running a track meet every day, but I feel residents should have a sense of common etiquette when it comes to those things. - Overall I'm very pleased, especially after paying 400 more a month in a complex where the front office was very rude and unprofessional.
Acacia Apartments|Recommended: NoIi like the open space and there are so many parking places. I don't like the manager Jamy Junts. She is tough and rude, never smile, no helpful at all. I can not tell the same about Brek Paz, she is kind, gently and helpful, she knows how to deal with customer, she is very good at her job.

Not some place that I want to live at. |Recommended: NoDon t even try requesting maintenance. It will never get fixed anyways. Been requesting issues since I moved in February that is still not fixed. They just complete them out.

It is awful! The staff is rude and the place is not worth the price.|Recommended: NoLike living in a run down rat cage. The managers and staff will enter your apartment without notification, while you are home or not. My children have been locked out several times because the staff felt like they needed to stop over. I submitted a maintenance request the day I moved in because I had no drip pans, my toilet ran, sink dripped and my fridge door is on backwards...it took four months for someone to come unannounced to repair the toilet. My oven turns on automatically. Of the four laundry facilities there is only one near my apartment and it is dirty, with only three over priced machines, so it is never available. When I spoke to management about the condition of this apartment I was told I would be moving soon so it didn t matter...I am being moved to a smaller apartment and if you want a rent change...it will go up, because that unit has been renovated What a crock of crap. I was told when I applied for a lease that I would receive a downstairs unit - nope I am above a dog that smells. I can t use my balcony because the smell of dog is so strong it offends. I understand that housing is limited I do not understand why after robbing me of my little teacher s salary that I need to be treated with such disrespect is needed.
