Good apartments. Bad features.|Recommended: YesI like the place I live in. The apartments are nice. The only few issues I have is that some of the ammenities I signed up for, like the Gym and 24 hr pool access in the summer, changed. I go in to work at 0900 so I can't wait until after 10 am to go to the gym. I like the convenience of a 24 hr access to the gym. Also, I was told there will be a specific channel on tv letting us see who was at the gate when we were letting them through and that has not happen. Half the time, the "security" gates are open. Plus the parking is not the best if you get from work after 7pm.
Hi Lilliana, Thank you so much for the feedback! Spoke with Adriana (the Community Director) to get more information for you. She confirmed that the fitness hours did change, and that was because there is now a door that leads from the Fitness Center directly into the Pool area. They had to start closing the Fitness Center at the same time they closed the pool to avoid unauthorized access into the pool area. The access gates are opened from 6:00 am to 7:30 pm to avoid unnecessary wear and tear, since these are the peak hours of operation. We are stumped about the TV channel that lets you view who is at the gate, though. As far as any of us are aware, it isn't a feature we've ever had there and certainly feel bad if someone implied that it was. I hope this additional information helps, but if you still have some concerns, please feel free to discuss them with Adriana - she is always eager to sit down with residents. You can also reach her by phone or email at 432.275.0800 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Safe, well managed community - but definitely overpriced|Recommended: NoThe apartments are very nice, but it is far too expensive. Management are very good - pleasant and efficient at dealing with problems where they can. Parking is a joke. You are forced to pay for parking as there are not enough free spaces to accomodate all residents. If you don't pay, you may find your car being towed as often you will not find a free space. The electricity is poor. At times, our electric goes off in the hallway and living room. You just have to flick a switch in the electric box to get it back on but this has happened 30+ times in a single evening before! It will certainly happen continuously while trying to iron or if you have extra lights on, such as Christmas tree lights. Overall, I do not think it is worth the money.
Hi Christopher, Thank you for the info, and we will reach out to maintenance to alert them to the issues with your electricity ASAP.
