Natrua Villas is a great place to live.|Recommended: YesIt is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The office staff a great and five Great Customer Service. They keep you informed monthly of news and activities.
Resort-like feel in west valley community|Recommended: YesNatura Villas is a friendly, cozy apartment home community that is fairly quiet, with a friendly staff and grounds that are extremely becoming.
A very quiet and pleasant( so far) place to live.|Recommended: YesNatura Villas is a nice place to live. Everybody minds their business.
DOGS|Recommended: YesTo the resident who THINKS NATURA is responsible for poop bags. You brought your dog to this community and was told you must pick up after it. It is not Natura's responsibilty to furnish poop bags, but how thoughtful they are to do so. You as a tennet should have a poop bag with you when you walk your dog. This was a very bad excuse to leave this wonderful community who trys very hard to please everyone.
A very clean and friendly place to live.|Recommended: YesWe left a senior community and came here where it is all ages and it is a quiet community. There are children, young adults, dogs and everyone is very considerate of their neighbors. We love it. All of the staff is friendly and very helpful. When someone asks where we live we can't say enough good things and recomend Natura Villas. My husband and I are so glad we checked them out.
It keeps getting better|Recommended: YesI just signed my renewal for another year. What I like best about living here is that it keeps getting better. I know theres changes but it seems a lot cleaner and quieter. There is also more fun stuff going on. Last month they had a pool party and bbq and when I signed my lease they told me there is another bbq coming up. I noticed another rating mentioned that the office staff is not nice but they have always been nice to me. I've actually been at the office when a person walked in started yelled at one of the girls in the office. I like the fact that they take the time to try and keep the property clean by asking people to clean up their patios and pick up after pets. Everyone pays a lot of money to live here, we all need to help keep it nice.
Rude, rude, and rude|Recommended: NoI definitely agree with the rude staff, great community, good nieghbors (sometimes) but the staff has changed so much. They should just raise rent for newer residents instead of adding "fees" to anything they possibly can. I mean a $25 fee for not picking up dog poop whenever you're ALWAYS out of doggie bags. Sorry Natura Villas, but I don't appreciate being treated like an idiot. We are DEFINITELY going somewhere else. Parking is also ridiculous and charge you just really ridiculous prices.
Great community but rude office staff.|Recommended: NoI enjoy living there but the office staff makes it difficult to want to live there. I have had multiple issues with more than one person there. With any issue or with going up to the office comes a staff member with attitude if I stay more than a few seconds. I avoid going to the office as much as possible. I have never seen an office switch out staff as much as they do, which makes me think poorly of management. I think the maitenance helpers are wonderful and always so nice. I have heard many complaints from other tenants as well about the staff and have moved for that reason. I love my apartment but plan on leaving once my lease is up. I have stayed at Natura Villas for almost 3 years now. Nice environment and quiet.
