Hello Matthew Shirk, Thank you for your feedback. In November of 2017 Visions Serenity changed its covered parking policy to a parking permit style. In September of 2018 Visions Energy also adopted this. Our ability to identify vehicles being stored on property, and subsequently free up those spaces has resulted in a positive reception. Lastly residents have responded positively to our ability to uphold the 1 vehicle per lease holder portion of the lease. Relative to your feedback about maintenance, I am afraid I am not able to dive into a concern as no specifics were given. I was able to see that of the 4 service requests submitted in during your residency all were completed within 24-48 hours. Our new apartment|Recommended: YesWe really like it here. We came into town and was in our new apt with in a day or so. It was great and easy. It is quite for the most part. Like that it is a family place, as we like to hear the kids playing.

Get what you pay for|Recommended: YesThis apartment leans towards the more expensive side BUT it's so worth it. With all the amenities you get and the peace of mind. I've never felt more at home than i do here

Don't make a terrible decision like I did|Recommended: NoThis is the most stressful place I have ever moved I have worked in multi family housing and senior living for the last 14 years. I have managed communities very similar to Visions and have never treated anyone the way that I have been treated. I had several fair housing violations during one of my visits, I was promised an apartment and told I could not put a deposit down on it because I was a current resident and they are not able to do that so they held the apartment for me until Monday when someone who could do the deposit was available. I called in because I had not received a call from that person and they rented the apartment that was on hold for me to someone else. So the story goes on, they found a similar apartment for me and could not show it or anything that was laid out the same and when I saw maintenance there I peeked through the window and not at all what I was promised. I had to spend my day off looking at other apartments that they had available and found one on the 3rd floor. I was promised that I would have keys by the end of the day, this is on a Saturday, because they don't move people in on Sundays. I waited for hours for Christian to call me as promised and he never did. I ended up wasting money on a moving truck and on having a emergency service transfer. I didn't get a call back the next day either, I had to walk up to the office and ask to take care of what they promised me the day before. I did make a complaint with the office and ever since then I feel like Christian is on a personal vendetta to get me. I was told that my girlfriend was not allowed to visit since she was not on the lease, actually she was not allowed on the premises were his exact words. She applied to be added to the lease and no one called her to let her know what the decision was, again we had to call the office and were given a huge run around on what needed to be done. We were told several different prices that needed to be paid. No one can ever come up with the same answer at this place. The office staff clearly has no training as one of the employees broke a federal law and asked us all kinds of questions about my girlfriends service animal. They do not return phone calls and I am still waiting for maintenance to fix issues that i listed on my move in checklist and also put work orders in for almost a month ago. Please save yourself the headache of dealing with these people in what is already a very stressful time. Two thumbs down

When our residents go through the transfer process and add on additional roommates, there are requirements along with documentation that need to be provided to the office before an approval of transfer is made. Unfortunately until we have all that information, no keys can be issued. Overall a great experience|Recommended: YesIve lived here since June of 2017. I renewed again for 15 months. The rent went up year to year, which is expected I guess. Parking used to be a nightmare but they have recently changed the policy so hopefully that changes considering each apartment is only allowed one spot i have a roommate who has a car and before we were having to vulture park. Neighbors keep to themselves, except it seems like the ones around me like to be loud past 11 pm. babies crying excessively, hammering, etc. stuff that shouldnt be happening that late when were all adults with early starting jobs. pros any maintenance order i have put in has been taken care of same day. Never have had an issue with the app they provide for rent. gym is nice, pool is always clean that ive seen. cons ive had packages stolen off my porch. im not aware of any emergency contact number if there is a security neighbor issue. ive seen dogs running loose around the complex actually had a german shepherd almost attack me a few nights ago . neighbors openly smoke pot how does the maintenance not take care of this overall i would recommend people to move here. havent had any major issues. office staff has always been kind and courteous and prompt with replies.

I enjoy the fact that it is very quiet and people are friendly for the most part|Recommended: Yesyou almost never hear your neighbors. only when they come home because the doors are very close to each other however that isn't a big deal at all. the layout of the apartment itself is very nice in comparison to some apartments and the staff is very nice.
