What I love the most. |Recommended: YesIf ever I would consider moving, I think about the mornings...particularly Monday - Friday breakfast with Denise. Denise is simply amazing. I've altered my morning to included breakfast by Denise. She creates and serves with love. Denise prepares everything with excellence and perfection. So as I mentioned earlier, if Denise were to ever leave, I don't know what would be the deciding factor that would compell me to stay. Crazy huh Well without her, this is just another apartment complex w a pool. Honestly, without her welcoming presence, I may not have ever returned morning after morning. Maria is also so loving, she completes her duties, all while smiling and greeting everyone. I don't know if Visions realize the jewels that they have among them. Ive been looking for my next dwelling, but then I think of my mornings with my breakfast team. I brag to all my friends, and family about breakfast. I don't write reviews often, but I wanted to share. Today was another good day

Great place to live |Recommended: YesThey have a wide variety of amenities and great events every month. My favorite is breakfast every morning with Denise she is extremely friendly and a amazing cook. I love the pools on the property very well kept.

I really enjoy living here. Its fairly quiet and the people are nice.|Recommended: YesI really enjoy the pools and the gyms. Very well maintained but I wish the patio furniture was back at the pools, they were comfortable.

Not clean and does not communicate with the tennants|Recommended: NoLet's see I was charged and extra 15.00 this month because you created a new account because of a clerical error on your part with the utility company you use and they did not charge me water for the last couple of months and now I was charged 1172.00 for rent with no explanation Great job with informing your tenants I will not be recommending anyone and can't wait to move. Also the stairs that I live on because of my unclean neighbors is disgusting stains and cigarette butts everywhere Clean them

Awesome place besides parking lately|Recommended: YesThe staff is awesome. We never hear the neighbors. We are by the highway and rarely hear the cars. Parking here lately has not been so good lately if you have more than 1 vehicle. Usually have to do a few laps before sucking it up and parking on the opposite side and walking. Other than that's its been a great experience.

I enjoy my new apartment and the attentiveness of office staff w any of my issues. |Recommended: YesI enjoy new experience of having breakfast every morning to make my work day easier. I also enjoy having access to 3 pools. I like feeling that I am NOT an annoyance when I enter office w any issue. my only disappointment is that many of the residents who have pets do not take care to pick up after their dog due to laziness I am sure you would think they would know better. the parking looks full every night but that is probably more of an issue for guests, as each resident has their own spot. The apartment noises washing machine, toilet flushes, doors closing are a new thing for me but I imagine that is what apartment living can be like on the 2nd floor. I like my choice so far and will more than likely move to Serenity when my lease is up..

Fair but Office Staff could do better|Recommended: NoOffice staff is very rude, starting with the manager. They always refer you to the computer and never want to help anyone who does not work with computers.
