Excellent Community and Outstanding Customer Service|Recommended: YesI've been a resident at Acclaim apartments for 4 years and it's been an amazing experience. I've been a homeowner as well as a renter, but no property management or HOA has ever come close to the level of commitment towards customer service as Weidner properties. A special shout-out to Yusuf, Brittany and Veronica, for making this such a pleasant experience and always going above and beyond to make my stay here comfortable. The community is quiet and apartments spacious. The property is always clean, and the recent changes to the landscaping were perfectly timed and executed. Had I not been leaving the state, I would never has left my apartment.

Overall great place to live even if short lived.|Recommended: YesGreat place nice workout room well maintained pool. Not a lot of parking spaces available for visitors. great lease plans for all type of visitors. month to month or year to year.
Its Okay|Recommended: NoI have been regretting to do a review on this residence. My beginning experiences were sort of confusing because of on boarding a new agent which has been great so far. First things first there is 0 likeliness that you will ever seen your apartment before you move in. There is a low vacancy which I do not understand because the apartment has 1 pool and a very very tiny gym. I happened to live in an apartment right next to the freeway which had I known prior to move in I might have re-thought my move in, my ability to sleep consists of listening to white noise to drown it out. There also is not a clubhouse you just have to really do your research because some of the things mentioned above the actual employees have 0 controls over. The good thing is that the front desk is very attentive to your needs and also very approachable. I would not refer to this as luxury living at all. The maintenance team is really responsive to requests for fixes and the apartments will do their best to accommodate your concerns.
Not bad|Recommended: NoQuite, somewhat safe, I don't like getting 5 day eviction notice 1 day before my rent is due.
Loud Music|Recommended: YesI can hear loud drum music above my apartment. Sounds like workout music or something Not sure it is directly above me, but it definitely can hear it thru the ceiling.
Awesome experience |Recommended: YesI love that everything is always clean. Hallway floors are always nice and vacuumed and the smell of the halls are great, always feels fresh to step out into them. There is hardly any noise. Can't hear anything from the neighbors or upstairs. Hardly see people walk around, sometimes I'm like where is everyone lol ... Community overall looks great Super secured. I would recommend this to anyone.
Mantenance|Recommended: NoFixing problems by maintenance in a timely fashion is sadly and truly is an unrealistic expectation. Very disappointing.

I love it here |Recommended: YesI really love it here. There has been some recent changes in the office staff, and they are just as nice as the last staff members. Yusef is really good, and follows up on my concerns that I have called him about. Maintenance is just as great....Kyle in particular is really good. He comes over promptly when I need help, even with the smallest issues. Yes, there is the occasional noise from neighbors, but that is to be expected. This is an apt., and not a house I get it I like that I am close to shopping. dining, and entertainment. I am totally pleased. Thanks for all you guys do to keep our community looking beautiful, and running smoothly. Two thumbs up
