Simple inside, well maintained outside. Bummer parking.|Recommended: YesSimple design inside. Nice remodel appliances, including washer and dryer. Parking spot tends to be a bit far from each unit for some reason. Quality staff and maintenance crew from begging to end. Outside is always kept in good shape. plenty of dog parks and grass to enjoy.

New management personnel need|Recommended: NoIf anyone asked me about renting here, and they have I told them to keep looking. These are the least professional people in the world. MIss the old management group. Place blows dirt in, two minutes after cleaning, you cannot walk across the floor without having your feet turn black. Dog feces everywhere on the grounds because the new management rents to crack heads that never clean up after their pets.

So Far So Good|Recommended: YesI must say with reading all those reviews and the most being bad i was scared to move in these apt but i just prayed it was a bunch of people who were just angry about something and it all wasn't true I have only been here 3months but i love it here so far i just wish the parking spots were closer to the apartments because me having two small ones all that stuff plus them feels like work from the car to the door and i wish more uncovered parking in my area but other then that so far good I'm happy

4 star apartment|Recommended: YesThe apartment is spacious but I can hear the people above and to the side of me. Nice that the community is gated but the gates are rarely closed at night. Very noisy vehicles from other residents. Friendly neighbors and feel safe in the complex.
