Excellent|Recommended: YesGreat apartments, great location. I moved in August 2018 and all the staff has been wonderful and welcoming. Everyone in the office is friendly and great and maintenance is efficient and great I would recommend anyone to accolade apartments

Great location and positive experience here|Recommended: YesI have had a great overall experience living here for the past 6 years. Maintenance is always completed in a timely manner, the residents in my building are quiet and pleasant, and the office staff has always been helpful and friendly. Additional parking from the converted tennis courts is helpful, and I always see residents and their pets utilizing the small, fenced dog area. The fitness center could use some updates and repairs to the broken equipment, but I am thrilled that the tv is back to working condition. There are always events and activities offered that are mainly geared to families with children, but I have personally taken advantage of the food truck or pizza for sale at dinner time.

The property is very beautiful and well maintained|Recommended: YesI love living here because my kids feel safe, there is so much room for them to play outside in the grass or ride their bike. You can't hear your neighbors through the walls. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help if something is wrong with your apartment.

Not thought through|Recommended: NoThe building walkway and balcony made very poorly. The flooring feels like plywood. The parking, enough parking spots but so far from my building. It’s not fun to try to get home or go to work when it rains. No lighting outside, makes it scary to walk to my apartment at night after work. The sidewalk only goes so far, so have to walk through flooded grass or rocks. People in the office are wonderful. Very caring, empathetic, and seem genuinely interested in each person.

The property and staff as a whole need to work on their Customer Service skills. Professionalism is keep need keep residents happy. The management need to be more Empathetic|Recommended: NoPlease work on that. I am pretty sure the property is aware of its rating of a hole and it’s very low 2.5. Love my apartment|Recommended: YesI love the layout of the apartment, the community, and the amenities. My only issue is how many things we have had to get fixed by maintenance leaking sink, broken dishwasher, loose toilet handle.
