Made me feel like I'm being watched.|Recommended: NoParking sucks. There is no parking unless you park ur guest car on the opposite side of the street. Maintenance likes to come into your home even after you let them know it was a NO to not have my permission to enter. I was pregnant during my stay, and I had so much stress levels fluctuating because of office assistance always confronting you about every single little detail and fee, even though they could not fulfill most on their end. As a result, my baby was pre term and needed to be nursed carefully due to high stress levels making my baby born unhealthy into the world. I could've sued for them trespassing into my apartment, but I was so tired and stressed out I did not want to take extra steps into court only to find they were trying to cover their own ass everyday with top paid lawyers.

Decent place to live|Recommended: YesI have lived at Accolade for almost 3 years now and I have not had any major issues. Pros Neighbors have been pretty quiet and calm, maintenance is fast at working towards resolving issues, three pools, spacious patio, spacious living and bedroom, assigned parking. Honestly, my biggest con is how outdated these apartments are. The kitchen is considered updated , but in reality the whole apartment could use a remodel. The gym is also pretty outdated. I would love to see some effort put into updating remodeling the gym with more of a variety of equipment, rather than only having 2 or 3 different types of machines and weights. I've also noticed the gym has been missing all of their weights lately. The complex is extremely large, which means there is a lot of traffic going in and out, but that should be expected moving into such a big complex. Last year my AC went out and maintenance was very quick to fix it. I also had an issue where my washing machine broke and they needed to bring a professional in to fix it. Management would not call me back when they said they would and it took about a week to actually figure out when they were going to have it fixed. Once they finally figured it out, it was fixed pretty quick. My rent has also gone up quite a bit since moving in, which is a bit of a let-down. Although the apartment is very spacious, I feel as though there are other apartments out there for the same price yet more up-to-date. I really wish the owners would consider putting some money into updates. Management usually holds parties for holidays, sometimes they do free breakfast in the mornings, this year they offered a free gift wrapping station for Christmas, and they even have food trucks pizza come on certain nights. These little acts of kindness from the staff shows they do care about their residents. Overall, Accolade is a decent place to live and i am very happy to have lived in a great community for the past few years.

Best place and best people.|Recommended: YesI am impressed and satisfied with my Leasing agent named Charos. She is helpful and courteous. We came here for the first time and she was here to help us finding a best apartment for us. After spending a whole year here, we still speak to her for any issue and she does solve it with a pleasing smile. She is an easy going person with a knack of helping nature. I did recommend my friend to Accolade apartments and again she did play a helpful hand. We are happy with her friendly gesture and her for making things easier for us. For the management, I would recommend to promote her to a higher designation.

Good pet property|Recommended: YesWhen I had an problem with the payment portal, Staff was very helpful in getting the issue resolved quickly. Everyone in the office listens to your concerns and knows you by name. The only issue with the complex is there is not enough garbage dumpsters in the 2-3 bedroom section and it constantly runs over. From what I see, a majority of tenants abide by picking up after their pets, but it still needs to be more enforced, especially for new tenants.

Needs New Management and Better Organization|Recommended: NoSince before I have moved in this complex I have had so many issues. Don't get me wrong, the staff is always friendly and willing to help, but the communication between the staff and their organization is horrible. Before I moved in, I had to call in 7 times to have my contract sent to me and everytime they did I was being overcharged for rent. I kept asking them to fix it, and they would send me another one with the wrong amount over and over again. I kept asking to see the apartment before I can move in and they kept giving me the run around until I signed the contract and didn't get to see it until before I moved in. 1 day before moving day The bathtub was dirty and disgusting, the ceilings were black which was coming out of the vents, which is hard to clean because the ceiling have stucco, and my patio had 5 layers of dirt. The person from the leasing office said he would have maintenance finish the work and when I came back the day of moving, and the patio had about 4 - 5 layers of dirt. The person from the leasing office said they were not able to paint the patio floor, because the floor wasn't dry. After I had moved in, I realized the way they upkeep the apartment is not good. The best looking place in this whole apartment is the Kitchen and it seems like they try to sell you based on that. The refinishing on the bathtub and bathtub walls is horrible. You can see dry paint trip. The paint peels off easily, and below the bathroom sink, below the cabinet, you can see where they missed a spot where the floor doesn't meet the cabinet. The screen door to my patio was completely dark, and the walls had a yellow tint, not to mention you can see in certain parts of the apartment where they didn't paint all the way to the ceiling so you have different shades of white or cream color. The quality of the carpet is very shitty throughout the apartment and there was a black stain that kept reappearing in front of my front door. Speaking of front door, my parking spot is horrible. It's behind my apartment building to the side. I'm the last spot below the covered spot and it's very small so it's hard to park. I always have to repark to ling up properly. There is always tons of dirt there so no wonder my carpet turns black. And it always floods where I step out of my car. My puppy ripped up a couple of spots on my carpet. So since I know it is my responsibility to take care of it. I told the leasing office of this and of course they were helpful but many things have gone wrong each time they came and I was at work. 1st day maintenance came to take pics and get a quote. Several hours later I came home, the lights were on and they left a work order with nothing written on it. I called the office the next day. 2nd day carpet company that the leasing provided came and removed the carpet with the dark spot and replaced it with vinyl. But the apartment complex already had a carpet liner on the wall so when they vynal was put in, there was a huge gap between the floor and the carpet on the wall on two spots. The carpet where my puppy pulled which meets a corner was glued back on, but the corner was exposed which had sharp metal pieces protruding out. And the other section of the carpet which had a hole you can't miss, was not patched up. Oh and the light was left on. So I called the office the next day. 3rd day The light was on again, the carpet on the corner, that was pulled up, was fixed, but the hole you can't miss was not patched up. The carpet on the wall was replaced with rubber molding and when they pulled the carpet they damaged the wall and paint and that was not fixed either. The neighborhood is very shady, the other day someone lit someone's car on fire which is parked right outside my bedroom door and patio. I was home and didn't even know it. I have read your google reviews and they are very scary. Multiple reviews talk about getting their apartments broken into and being robbed, another one talks about a woman feeling unsafe because there are many issues with drugs in this apartment complex, and someone on drugs broke into her place while she was there and wouldn't leave. In fact, I met a police officer who told me they used to live here, and they said there is a lot of heroin issues here. My neighbor has moved out and they told me that many people who have lived here for several years are moving out because this place is a mess. The dog park is horrible filled with dirt a feces. Not to mention your lease states there are dog restrictions and almost everyone here has mostly pitbulls. My next door neighbor has a German Shepherd Mix which she always had a leash around it's mouth. It is very sad how this apartment complex is being ran. Your apartment model was gorgeous and once you see the real apartment, the experience is not even close. This is how you lose your tenants. This is how you lose money and potentially the business. I work in customer service, and they first thing that should be of interest are your customers, because if it's not for them, you wouldn't be here. The environment here doesn't show that one bit. Please do your homework, talk to the tenants, read the reviews. There is a lot to be done here.

A rose that has still have thorns description |Recommended: NoWhen i first moved in it wasn't a smooth experience.. Made me wish i never left my old apartment i kept getting different prices but they honored their mistake. But i had to write emails and call multiple times . There is only a one ceiling fan . The Air insulation isn't good. its always hot in the back of the apartment even at night. When i first moved in my family come over but had no where to park. It began to be a annoying hassle so now i just dont have company because there is never any parking. It would be helpful if they had guess parking. Its annoying even i have to stand outside and guide the person and hope its not someone spot. Then the water cap is off . If these things werent such a huge issue i would consider renewing . AND THERE IS ONLY ONE LOCK ON THE DOOR THAT IS NOT SAFE

Not really impressed|Recommended: NoI hear the upstairs neighbours WAY too much, parking is pretty cruddy, landscaping is average, while the granite counter tops and new carpet are nice all other repairs and upgrades were completed very poorly, maintenance guys do the quickest cheapest easiest way to get the job done, office staff often seem very short, want to get you out of the office as quickly as they can, nice because they have to be, not really because they care. Overall, I am not impressed with Accolade apartments.

Fair Plus|Recommended: YesFine place to live if you don't want to spend most of your money on rent. Apartments have ample storage space inside and are fairly comfortable inside, but it is an older building. Bathroom always smells somewhat like the sewer gases slight odor . Maintenance requests I have made are slow or not done at all. Not much noise at night. Most people turn in and stay indoors. No kids running around outside or handing outside after dark--which is great. Isolated incidents of people arguing, slamming doors, speeding in parking lot. Not enough options for cable hook up locations in apt, and if your apt faces east, you cannot get a signal that is required for direct tv.
