Decent property, needs some work|Recommended: YesI like the location and the general layout of the complex. The walls are thin, though, and I can usually hear my upstairs neighbors. Electric bill is through the roof in summer months due to poor insulation. Overall not bad for the price but obviously not the best option.
So far so good|Recommended: YesI did submit a complaint a few months ago I never heard back on, but overall I can't really say to much. This apartment is nice, I can hear the neighbors walk around upstairs but it's okay. For the most part I am happy here

Office staff is excellent. The repair staff is friendly and overall they recently fix issues on the first time.|Recommended: YesIf the tenants were as civil and polite as the staff this place would be great.

Apartment staff is great |Recommended: YesThe office staff is wonderful and the maintenance staff is professional and fast. They respond to claims quickly. I have only lived here for a month but I have encountered issues due to damage caused by the previous tenants. Additionally, the air conditioning unit has needed service four times three for the same issue and I spent my first week here without heat in December. I have also had issues with the shower temperature lever breaking and water damage to my apartment on three different times from rain within the span of the month. The technicians are always quick to respond and they are very friendly. Problems get resolved quickly and I am optimistic about the rest of my lease.

Not Impressed.|Recommended: NoI thought this was a pretty good place until recently. Had them treat for bed bugs and had to do their 3 week process - fine. Then we find bug bites all over my husband's back and legs and another bed bug. No one has returned our calls or messages about the issue. Not to mention almost everything has fallen apart since we've moved in and all of a sudden, no one is returning our calls and not one of the maintenance staff has come to us to even inquire about the issues for the past 3 weeks. Terrible customer service.

Disappointed Tenant |Recommended: NoThe maintenance is never done correctly the first time. I have a water leak in the ceiling reported it and they didnt seem to even care, mainteance came out was her for one minute and said we need to let Roofing know, what about the mold and damage in my apartment The patio door has been broken since I moved in I got tired of calling them for repair, its not insalated, doesnt lock and barley closes properly. The glass is not installed properly in the door frame , many gaps and area where cold air is coming inside.

The property location is good.|Recommended: YesIt really depends on the area building you live in. In my building I hear constant noise from my upstairs neighbor heavy walking, banging, moving of items, etc. but I guess that is expected. From my neighbor directly on the side of me I sometimes hear his her conversations and dog barking through the walls. Parking availability is not great but it depends on the area building you live in. For my building when I have guest they have to park pretty far to find an open guest parking space. I do love the high balcony's most apartments have but, I do feel the rent is a little high. The rent goes up about 60 every lease renewal at least it has for me . For what I am paying now there are more quality apartments out there with more space and amenities and or 3bd 2bath homes to rent maybe 10-20 more but pretty close. What attracted me to these apartments was the price for the 2bd 1bath when I first signed but I guest everything goes up with time. Overall, the location is good, close to highways, shopping centers, gym, etc. If you can catch a good promotion on an apartment here it can be a good deal but after the promotion prices shoot up pretty quick. Depends on what you are looking for and for how long.

Good|Recommended: Yesi would tell them i love i the only bad thing is living on the corner of the main street with nothing blocking my childrens room and my room in case someone were to jump the curb they would go right into my rooms that is 1 of my highest fears and 1 the reasons i prefer my children to sleep in the living room. We do not see much action so the past 2 years its been overall good. i dont like seeing whats really going on in the middle of all the action like some people tell me
