The property and staff as a whole need to work on their Customer Service skills. Professionalism is keep need keep residents happy. The management need to be more Empathetic|Recommended: NoPlease work on that. I am pretty sure the property is aware of its rating of a hole and it’s very low 2.5. Love my apartment|Recommended: YesI love the layout of the apartment, the community, and the amenities. My only issue is how many things we have had to get fixed by maintenance leaking sink, broken dishwasher, loose toilet handle.
