I like the overall property except that residents DO NOT clean up after ther pets waste and the trash area's remind me of a dump.|Recommended: NoPeople are very unfriendly and why can only one dog be in the dog park at a time. I moved here to be able to let my pet have some leash free time.

Few Hiccups, but really nice, affordable place|Recommended: YesBefore moving here, I did have a lot of initial problems which was poor communication in general -- staff, me, and my roommate. After that though, for the most part I enjoyed living here. My biggest complaint would have to be the level of noise I do hear from my neighbors. Both apartment residents across from me above and below apparently do not know how to shut a door quietly or speak in a tone where I can't hear their full conversations. Other than that, I loved the set up of the apartment, where I was located, and the amount of space for the price. So far out of all of the apartment homes I've rented from, I can say I did feel at home here.

Friendly staff|Recommended: YesThe staff here is so friendly and accomodating. I have had some maintenance issues, but no matter what, the staff is ALWAYS kind and courteous and helpful. The maintenance staff is kind also It is a quiet property and I love the fact that in the year that I have lived here I have not seen ONE bug

This place is frustrating|Recommended: NoSo many things to say. In kitchen, Dishwasher sucks, No garbage disposal, New electrical outlets dont work, No power. Called and spoke with office 6 days ago and still, no power to outlets. Hot air from dryer blows out new window they just installed, brilliant, except hot air blows on thermostat and AC runs when doing laundry, AC vent in master bedroom too small. Room is hot compared to rest of apartment. Pool hours are NEVER pool hours, no one unlocks gates when supposed to. Lock to pool gate are zipties Basketball Tennis courts by club house, looks like crap. Such an eyesore. Makes complex look like we live in the slums. Raised rent, yet service and quality became worse. I do not recommend theses apartments. Can get better quality of home for same price at other complexes which is why I'm moving out at end of my lease.

My apologies on any issue regarding a work order being entered in for your outlets - our notes show that we received the report of them not working after 4pm on 7.11.16 and I am glad to hear that they are now fixed and in proper working order and that a work order has also been entered in the system to address your dishwasher. We do have 4 pools within the community that are open at 8am and are maintained daily, if this is not happening please do let the on-site team know at the time so they can address it for you. The courts that you mention are not advertised as an amenity and are kept locked with a padlock as the space is not usable - my apologies on that. The property is older but they try to keep up the appearance. The maintenance is good and fast. I don't like the people they contract out to do work, like the men working on the washers dryers, or carpet people that take your parking place.|Recommended: YesThe apartments are bigger, but it seems every time you sign your lease for a new year ..your rent gets raised. I don't like the fact that a 12 month lease is more expensive than a 10 month lease, makes no sense. I didn't like the fact my rent got raised 82 dollars when I paid my rent on time, I signed another 10 month lease and my rent was raised. I looked at houses and a lot of mortgages were cheaper than what I was paying in rent for a much larger house with a swimming pool. I don't like the men they hire out to contract to work on the washers dryers. They are rude, loud, don't clean up after themselves, they leave cigarette butts everywhere and don't speak English. The maintenance guys are fast and do good work. The ladies in the office are nice, but never answer the phone when you call and rarely call you back. If you want anything done you need to take time to go into the office to speak with them. I have emailed them and didn't get a response either, so it's best to just walk in. I've had 2 maintenance guys knock on my door for work and repairs when the front office girls gave them the wrong apartment number, I didn't put in a work order someone else did. So that was 2 mistakes. The landscaping needs to have more grass area instead of rocks, if you have pets so you don't have to walk far just to find grass.

Very Subpar Place to Live|Recommended: NoUpon moving in we thought this was an awesome community and everyone was very great. Fast forward 10 months. -We had to put in DOZENS of requests for the same thing- a leaky shower faucet. Every single time we made a request, they came to fix it, very poorly. It was fixed until we would take a shower and then try to turn it off again. It took MONTHS for someone to actually do it correctly and for the last 2 months or so of our lease, we have finally not had to deal with this leak. -We were missing a screen door and they continually said it would be installed. They were waiting to order them because they were out of stock. I am paying good money to live somewhere and if something is out of stock, I would like it ordered in a timely fashion. It, again, took months to get on and it does not even actually fit the door properly. It is my understanding that these screens should move along the track smoothly and open and close with ease AND lock. Ours does not do any of these things. For the entirety of my stay at Accolade we have not had a screen door that works. -I think everyone on maintenance is very friendly. I do not have a problem with any of them for any reason other than the fact that they do not leave things in the order they found it. We came home one time to find our kitchen a complete mess with some food eaten. We told management we were fine with anyone coming in whenever they needed to, as long as a manager was with them. Yesterday they came in and pulled out all sorts of things from around the washer dryer from what I could only assume was previous tenants. They just tossed everything into my JUST CLEANED bathroom and left it there for us to deal with. During the same entry, they moved all sorts of things in the closet around. I am fine with them moving things here and there but I would like things put back how we found them, not just strewn about wherever they want to leave things. - The pools are great. They do say there is one that is heated year round and two times during the off season of heating pools, we went to the one that was supposedly heated all year, it was freezing both times. - The exit gate at the back entrance is always broken and left open, cars just come and go through the exit as they please if they do not know the code. The spas are also supposed to be spa temperature and they are no warmer than a bath tub any of the times we went in them. - The gym is small but fine. There are 2 bikes, 2 treadmills and 3-4 ellipticals. The TV is basically always on a spanish channel with no way to change it and its always super hot musty because it is so small. I do not mind those things. My problem here is that there WAS a rack of weights that were seemingly stolen and instead of putting up a camera of some sort or any type of security supposedly there is a full time person, I saw him only once in 10 months so that things are not stolen, they just did away with the weights. Part of the appeal when we toured was that we would both be able to cancel our gym memberships, which we did. Once the weights were stolen the gym onsite became much less appealing but we no longer have a gym to go to for anything other than cardio because we cancelled our memberships. On a plus side, there is always parking and some of the front office girls are really nice. Other than that, I would steer clear

Worst place ever can't wait until lease is up.|Recommended: NoFind somewhere else to live. They come into apartment without permission and trash your apartment. I come home with mud and dirt all over the floors. Twice I have come home to my apartment completely unlocked. I have complained multiple times about this and all they do is give me a 15 starbucks gift card.
Biggest mistake worse now that new mgmnt|Recommended: NoAWFUL. Perform messy updates while you are living there and expect you to pay to kennel your pets so they can have free access. Absolute joke. Won't even communicate effectively but have no trouble sending stuff - urgent stuff no less- via email when they need to. Won't respond to inquires. Has gone way down hill the last two years under new mngmt.
