They need more mainance workers, i only see 1 now trying to everthing himself, there use to be 3|Recommended: YesYes I like it cuz they keep up there strict, about the the grounds , because you have other kids from surrounding apt. Complexes, coming over do damages to the property, when they don't live there

I Love it |Recommended: YesI would tell them that living at Arezzo is very safe and secure, clean, friendly, and most of all quiet. It is a little pricey but over all it is worth it. We my family and I have been living here for over a year and we are very happy here.

Your grace period sucks. You should at least have 5 days before you receive an eviction notice. |Recommended: YesAfter the 2nd you get an eviction notice and legal fees. WTH is that. This is first time I felt angry at a company. Grace period system sucks. Otherwise thus place is an awesome place to live. I loved it here.

This apartment is amazing with cherry on the top.|Recommended: YesIts wonderful and peaceful, i never had any complains. Their payment process is very easy hustle free.....all online.
My only complaint |Recommended: NoMy only complaint is that I've been here for about 2 months and I'm still not able to get internet or cable. I'm not sure how that's even possible. But apparently my building is capped out and I can't get internet unless someone cancels their services. People who work from home this will not work. I asked before moving in if my apartment was internet and cable ready they told me yes and yet I still don't have either.

Heartbroken|Recommended: NoI would tell anybody looking to rent at this property to run like hell and never look back unless they enjoy submitting repeated requests for things to be repaired that don't get fixed, gates broken for the majority of the time you live there that allow dangerous people onto the property, broken glass and bottles, screaming neighbors, and SWAT locking people away from their homes for hours. I begged to switch to a safe sister property and was told that I could do so by paying a significant amount of money I don't have as a single mom with no child support. They say I can't transfer that lease for 30 days and that all the sister properties don't have availability by then. This property has zero ethics, morals, or integrity. I am INCREDIBLY disappointed.

Upset with payment system.|Recommended: NoI paid my rent on June 30th but had to go through this authorization process of having to receive a message and enter in a code. I didn't understand my payment wasn't complete as I went to my dashboard and saw a 0 balance thought everything was fine. though now I am being charged, 86.00 becuase this step wasn't fully completed. I feel this is an unfair way to pull money out of me. I also paid the 86 balance and it still shows there now and I am paying 62 in these convenience fees because your system is faulty at processing payments and telling me how much I owe. It is not clear to the user as to what is going on.

Getting Pricey|Recommended: YesI love the apartment complex, the amenities the staff however, I am going into my third year of renting at this property. I have a child in the military,so not really wanting to commit to home ownership. The price has gone up each year. This price increases have paid for things like pool umbrellas the previous set was still fine , new blacktop again, the property is not that old paint trim. If rent is going to be raised, I would prefer to see it go toward security doors on the units. Would allow for cross ventilation on nice evenings. Unfortunately, there is not an option to downsize within the community, so if the rent increases again, I am already researching other properties. As a point of reference, the rent is now almost 200 more than when I moved in, with no actual upgrades to the units themselves. I have rented long term at other properties that improved the grounds with NO rent increases. I do have to state that units are nice fairly spacious. Even with many young children on the property, it is a quiet community. I do feel secure being outside late at night.
