Expensive but not reasonable|Recommended: NoMaintenance service was enough good and they are kind. But staff in office are not kind especially regarding roomate fee and package problem. they used to treat residents as criminal, foce me to write down name and phone number on the sheet. And why do you ask me, if I am Transpac student every time visitation It makes me doubt that you guys some benefits of torlences unlike me. Maybe Transpac school asked you guys to treat well to their students with some....maybe And monthly rent payment due date is too short,only 3days and the amount is too high. Most neighbors as I know have an experience of submitting fine for late. 75 . If I took vacation the beginning of month, it is easy to forget to pay within 3 days.

Horrible management|Recommended: NoThey told me that my water bill was supposed to be attached to me rent. This month I paid my rent and was asked to pay more because apparently my rent didn't include my water bill. I prefer the place that I rent from to be straight forward.

You can keep the luxury in your name |Recommended: YesUnlike other complexes in town that say luxury in their name, this place actually lives up to it I have never seen a more equipped gym. My kids love that they can rent movies on site and play games in the theatre. The pool options are fantastic for entertaining. Finally, Natalie in the front office is amazing - professional and personable at the same time. We've had a great experience here.

Like all apartments the staff has there challenges to overcome The staff here has the training and foresight to meet and overcome those challenges presented to them on a daily basis with excellent customer service. Nice place but kinda pricey|Recommended: YesI really like living here with a few exceptions. They raise your rent when you renew your lease, as if it's not high enough already. Guests have typically found it hard to find a parking place. And I have found 3 scorpions in my place in a 6 month period. But on the flip side, it is a very safe place to live and the area is very nice and convenient. Residents and staff are extremely nice. I plan on staying for a while until I can buy a place.

Love this place |Recommended: YesMy husband and I have lived here for 4 years and in 3 different apartments. We are actually planning on moving into another two bedroom in July Needless to say, we love this place The only complaint I have is some neighbors don't seem to care about others. When some come and go, they slam their doors and it shakes the walls and everything on them. We have only experienced that in our current apartment, so hopefully the next one we won't hear that as much. We will be here for a while

Love living here |Recommended: YesThis is a very nice complex. The complex is twice the size where I lived before , but there are so many wonderful amenities that were not available at my previous residence. I think the quality of the apartment is much better and I am paying the same price. I live on the first floor and the low rating I gave to the noise factor isa risk that you take. The management has no control over how loud people are walking or the fact that children run back and forth. People frequently slam their entry doors, but again that is something that can't be controlled. People are going to be who they are, but I know that if I have to complain to management, it will be taken care of. Overall the complex itself is quiet and the grounds are beautifully maintained. There are so many amenities and while I have not been able to take advantage of them all, it is great to know that they are here. The gym is the largest I have seen in any complex and over the past 11 years, I have lived in 2 others. The move-in process was seamless and the staff very accommodating.
