The windows need updating very badly. They are paper thin and can hear evrything through them. When it rains it sounds like it is raining in the apartment|Recommended: YesThe facility is ok, the management team allows for poor quality of cleaning when a resident moves in from the previous resident. The windows are paper thin and I would live on the 3rd floor if I could change it bc I can here every move my neighbor and their dog makes. The place just needs to have little things like the blinds updated and the windows and sliding glass doors.

I love it here|Recommended: YesAlmost perfect. Recommendations would be replace plants that have died and have not been replaced. Pool tables in the great room need recovering, seriously. They are literally falling apart. Because they get so much use. Better pest control, I have had 8 scorpions in my apartment in two months. Response to a problem tenant above us has been quick and corrected. Bravo.
