I love it here|Recommended: YesAlmost perfect. Recommendations would be replace plants that have died and have not been replaced. Pool tables in the great room need recovering, seriously. They are literally falling apart. Because they get so much use. Better pest control, I have had 8 scorpions in my apartment in two months. Response to a problem tenant above us has been quick and corrected. Bravo.

Good Community - But they charge a huge amount at move out|Recommended: NoI have lived in this community from Nov 2016 to Sept 2018 close to 2 yrs . Its a nice community located in good location, good amenities, free breakfast and good activities planned every month. But during the move out they charge a huge amount, I have kept my home very well and still I have received around 800 as move out charges 1 month rent I did speak to the management about this and they are saying the charges are accurate and correct. I was shocked to see my entire security deposit being charged as move out charges. They have charged me amount for full home Painting. Bathroom Counter top replacement. I did advanced professional carpet cleaning and have provide the bill but still they have charged me for carpet cleaning and named it as dual process scrubber and deodorizer , In fact i did the same I now wonder why did I do advanced professional carpet cleaning. I have also cleaned every portion of the house, they cannot find a single spot which has not been cleaned. I am very sure no one would have cleaned the home like I how cleaned it. I did professional cleaning they cleaned everything like doors, AC went, blinds, everything which is visible in the home has been cleaned and still I was charged heavily. My friends have lived in different community where they don't charge like this. At last I regret why did I stay here in this community. I lost my hard earned money. Like me there are many people who have suffered by paying a huge amount during the move out If you are willing to pay a hefty amount during move out, then you can stay in this community. If not please avoid staying in this community.

Enjoyable stay|Recommended: YesThe property is very nice with many amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although I enjoy and like the property overall, there are a few concerns. 1. Some of the students flight tend to be very noisy especially late at night throughout the property. 2. Some of the students leave trash all around the property and sometimes cause damage to different areas around the property. The is also true of pet owners, not picking up after their dogs 3. Lastly, the external building and carports lights have been out for sometime throughout the property. The property can get extremely dark and with the rise of vagrants and homeless roaming the property, good lighting is imperative. Staff is seldom here after dark so not able to observe this issue. A light check for the external building and carport lights would help to address this issue.

I have only been her 2 months so far so good.|Recommended: YesMy biggest complaint is the doors slam shut, so wakes you up and cigarette butts all up and down my stair well. I don't smoke and think it's very rude of whomever is doing this. I pick them up. very frustrating.

Not good for the price, excessive noise, poor construction|Recommended: NoThe location is nice, but not much else worth the trouble of living here. Loud and rude neighbors are not held accountable in a timely manner. Problems go on for too long before something is done. Poor construction causes noise to be easily heard. With that said, the price is too high for a living environment lacking any normal level of peace and quiet.

Great amenties, apartment well equipped, complex maintained, but noisy neighbors.|Recommended: NoThis apartment complex is full of amenties from an amazing pool with a barbecue area, to a 24 hour gym that has a wide selection of workout equipment. It is very well maintained all around the complex. The apartment itself has a great layout, and for the 2 bedroom that we got all the space was well used so it feels bigger than it actually is. The down side is that if we would have known that the majority of our neighbors were college students we would have definitely not moved in here. They are very noisy, and we have even asked them to please stop slamming their door because it's all hours of the night that this occurs. They have refused to be respectful of those that live around them, and obviously are sleeping. Unfortunately, even though this apartment complex is amazing with so many other things we like it has been a down side that no one has been willing to address this issue. This is an apartment complex not a college dorm . This apartment complex could be more family friendly if the rules that were given to us when we signed our contract were actually respected by all tenants.

Great place for the price. |Recommended: YesIt's a great apartment for the price. You will smell a lot of smoke around from all of the smokers. The grounds are good. The apartment uses decent construction material for the buildings. It's not the best but it certainly beats a lot of other places.

Okay but pools parking jacuzzi bad |Recommended: YesParking is very bad . Also, the heated pool should be warmer and the jacuzzi is supposed to be hotter then it is. The breakfast people are very friendly though.
Noise from upper floors|Recommended: Yesunfortunately, we can hear when people staying in the floor above us are walking. this gets really disturbing in the early morning hours when we want to sleep and people in the upper floor are getting ready to start their routine
