Good Community - But they charge a huge amount at move out|Recommended: NoI have lived in this community from Nov 2016 to Sept 2018 close to 2 yrs . Its a nice community located in good location, good amenities, free breakfast and good activities planned every month. But during the move out they charge a huge amount, I have kept my home very well and still I have received around 800 as move out charges 1 month rent I did speak to the management about this and they are saying the charges are accurate and correct. I was shocked to see my entire security deposit being charged as move out charges. They have charged me amount for full home Painting. Bathroom Counter top replacement. I did advanced professional carpet cleaning and have provide the bill but still they have charged me for carpet cleaning and named it as dual process scrubber and deodorizer , In fact i did the same I now wonder why did I do advanced professional carpet cleaning. I have also cleaned every portion of the house, they cannot find a single spot which has not been cleaned. I am very sure no one would have cleaned the home like I how cleaned it. I did professional cleaning they cleaned everything like doors, AC went, blinds, everything which is visible in the home has been cleaned and still I was charged heavily. My friends have lived in different community where they don't charge like this. At last I regret why did I stay here in this community. I lost my hard earned money. Like me there are many people who have suffered by paying a huge amount during the move out If you are willing to pay a hefty amount during move out, then you can stay in this community. If not please avoid staying in this community.

Enjoyable stay|Recommended: YesThe property is very nice with many amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although I enjoy and like the property overall, there are a few concerns. 1. Some of the students flight tend to be very noisy especially late at night throughout the property. 2. Some of the students leave trash all around the property and sometimes cause damage to different areas around the property. The is also true of pet owners, not picking up after their dogs 3. Lastly, the external building and carports lights have been out for sometime throughout the property. The property can get extremely dark and with the rise of vagrants and homeless roaming the property, good lighting is imperative. Staff is seldom here after dark so not able to observe this issue. A light check for the external building and carport lights would help to address this issue.

I have only been her 2 months so far so good.|Recommended: YesMy biggest complaint is the doors slam shut, so wakes you up and cigarette butts all up and down my stair well. I don't smoke and think it's very rude of whomever is doing this. I pick them up. very frustrating.
