Never again|Recommended: NoI was charged nearly 100 in return fees on rent that was accounted towards a misplaced account. YES it is my fault for listing the wrong account but that much of an upcharge is discourteous. I haven't been here long enough to make a credible decision on whether to really stay. Based on appearance and initial worth it was hard to resist. Now, I look forward to leaving out of principal.

For the most part, it's really good. The only problems I have had are the doors that slam and shake the pictures in my apt on my walls & the heavy walker above me who sounds like he is marching. I asked the office for help but get no where.|Recommended: YesExcept for the above, I have been happy. I just wish the office would help handle complaints a little better and follow up.

Safe, okay place to stay|Recommended: YesPros: + The place is nice and staff helpful. + Nice floor plans + Mail is in walking distance. + Free gym and movie theater. + Free breakfast. + Free and quick maintenance. Cons: - The place is relatively new and apart from adjacent mall, the apartments are in middle of undeveloped area. - Parks, schools, libraries all couple of miles away. - Pool rules are sometimes ridiculous - no (even soft) drinks in pool area, but smoking is okay. - air-conditioning - insulation is close to none, so sun exposed rooms tend to be hot, while rooms in shadow are freezing cold. Opening and closing AC grilles three times a day is not very convenient, plus AC is pretty noisy when on.
