Resident Reviews

Clean, quiet but over priced.submitted by Philip K. - |Recommended: YesIts a good place to live. The grounds are very well kept and there is minimal noise. Trash is picked up at a good rate. There are 2 pools with 1 large one at the front and a decent size gym for free. The apartments are a little overpriced and you can get a house for around the same price but it is a good alternative if you are unable to get in to one. I recommend them.
BAd Management and employeessubmitted by Ryan P. - |Recommended: NoAll employees tell you something different. They charge you to pay your rent with a debit/credit card. The refrigerators at the pool area have never been in working condition since I have lived here (7 months). The grills are always broken, fire pits rarely work. Henry the security guard is very friendly and always around at night. I have sent several emails that have gone un-responded, rarely get an answer on the office phone.
We have moved into a resort and it's nice to come home to!submitted by Leanne L. - |Recommended: YesI tell them that we really like it here. There are a few things to note but it's nothing that probably wouldn't be found other places: 1. Bugs... there seem to be a lot of creepy-crawly things on the first floor apartments so, get bug traps. 2. Far too many people do NOT pick up after their dogs and, despite the crazy fees for having a pet, the complex is woefully lacking in either clean up staff OR doggie waste stations (I have seen two for the entire complex). 3. There is no appreciable storage so, be prepared to get a storage locker off-site if you need to keep stuff you don't have room for. 5. The common areas are nicely groomed (other than the animal waste) but the trash cans by the grills are always overflowing - the schedule for emptying these cans is in-adequate at best. Still if those 5 things are the "worst" I can say about living anywhere, then truly, there's not much to complain about! The pools are awesome, the gym is nice the community events are fun, the clubhouse is spacious and inviting and has fun things to do. Most all of the residents we have met have been really super. The location of the complex cannot be beat! We really do like it here a great deal!
We love living heresubmitted by Beccy B. - |Recommended: YesI would tell them its the best apartments we've lived in. There is everything you want right here, from the 24hr gym, to the dog park, to the heated pool, hot tubs and fire pits. Its like a vacation destination at home. The apartments are well maintained and are well laid out. Plus there are loads of stores and coffee shops within walking distance
Most of the time it is good.submitted by Linda A. - |Recommended: YesFor the most part I like living here as it is close to my work and shopping; since I do not have a car these aspects are very important to me. The maintenance people I have had contact with are generally very pleasant and do their jobs nicely. The office staff seems to be alright and appear to want to help the residents but I have heard many negative things about the staff and their indifference to problems.
response from property -Hi Linda, this is Laurel from Weidner Apartment Homes. Thanks for taking the time to write a review, we appreciate the feedback. Glad to hear you like living at Aspire Pinnacle Peak overall, and that your interactions with the office team have been good. Your experience tends to match more what Aspire residents said last fall in our Resident Survey - they gave the office team an avg. score of 3.78 (out of 5) for courtesy and professionalism. Again, thank you for the feedback - we take it all to heart. Take care, LZ (laurel@weidner.com)
