It’s okay|Recommended: YesIt’s okay, I don’t have any problems with any of my neighbors. Staff in office can be extremely rude at times, they don’t really answer the office phone, I have to call more than once at times. I like that they have breakfast in the mornings. Their pools are okay too, but sometimes they have way too much chlorine to where you can even swim. Also if you need help with apartment sometimes they just tell you to turn in your keys instead of helping or trying to keep you as a resident.

Bolero Apartments are ok.|Recommended: NoThe apartment is nice. The apartment grounds are nice. Maintenance is great about fixing things and fixing things in a timely manor. However there are parts that aren't nice. For example, parking can be very difficult depending on the time of day. It once took me 3 hours of driving around the complex to get a spot on a Friday night. Police are often at the apartment complex and we have heard guns being shot right outside our window. The apartment staff is friendly, but they don't seem to care much about keeping tenants in their apartments long term. Also if you enjoy using the gym expect most of the equipment to be broken at some point or another.

Relocated from wisconsin|Recommended: YesMe and my family relocated here to Phoenix from Wisconsin a few weeks ago. Upon leasing here I never saw the complex and solely had to rely on pictures, emails etc. of course I was nervous about making such a big decision on something that I barely knew anything about. I must say that the staff was great and helpful with everything. I was able to do everything from home before I moved and they assured me that I was moving into a great place. When I got here the unit seemed a little small than what I expected but once my furniture came and I decorated I realized that it's perfect size for me my husband and our toddler son. I love the fact that everything is updated in our unit even though they told me that the side I'm on is not the new renovated side, so I can only imagine what the renovated side looks like. But the grounds are clean and always upkept. They have staff who regularly cleans the pools, pick up trash and take care of the landscaping. Sometimes at night you'll see and here people in the pool but it is summertime so I don't mind it much. I like the fact that this complex is very diverse, it's all types of races, age groups, families with children and everything and for me that was very important. It's not just filled with single college kids or plenty elderly couples it's a mixture of everything. People are very friendly and respectful around us. They serve breakfast every morning on the weekdays and I think it's so nice. I go almost every morning and they have a special menu daily with everything you could think of and they have a staff member who runs it and she's great I could tell she was in tune with the community because she would greet everyone with a smile and a good morning some people she would know their names, ask about their kids and spouses. She kept the area clean and fully stocked of everything plus she actually cooks the food right there so no old food just sitting there or frozen mess. I love living here and would recommend this place to anyone compared to some I drive pass. The only thing I don't like is that once the gates close at night it's easy for people who don't live here to get in. We all get a code but the gates are automatically able to open and stays open enough for one car to drive in then it will close but it's censored to open back up once a car approaches from the other side coming out so I would see cars or even people stand by the gates and wait till someone comes in to drive through. It's not to big of a deal but people just have to be mindful. Overall I'm pretty pleased with my new home and I hope my review helps whoever is in doubt.

Good place to live in|Recommended: YesParking is always available, not always in the most convenient spot but you can always fins a place. Place is quite, people are nice. Definitely impressed by the efficiency of the maintenance people. Low Rent. Honestly could not have asked for anything better.

I love it here, moved in a few months ago and the apartment seems great |Recommended: YesThe apartments are very nice, spacious for a small family. The only issue are the loud cars outside that sound like they are inside your apartment but that isn't the apartment complexes fault. I moved in 3 months ago and so far everything has been great. My first home away from home|Recommended: YesOnly been here since May 9th but I absolutely love these apartments. Unlike other cry babies and big complainers I can't really name something wrong with these. Yes we hear the person below us from time to time with his music but that's nothing to talk down on Bolero for. Parking can be full at times but it's an apartment complex that's normal people The pool might have a little too much chlorine in it but eh not a huge deal. Layouts are nice I have a 2 bed 2 bath, 1,000 sqft and love it. Loooove the free breakfast, but yea I absolutely love living here All our friends love our place and think very highly of it. Would recommend these to anybody Keep up the good work Bolero

Not a bad place to live|Recommended: YesI've lived in several different complexes. Some things are fairly standard in such situations. You'll always have children playing outside the window. You'll often have some disagreement with management. And you'll be unlikely to use the facilities that you pay the rent for. Overall, this is about what I would expect from a complex. the residence are a little lower on the salary scale and I have heard several times someone beating on one of the neighbor's doors in the middle of the night. It does lead one to be a little frightened, but I have had no disrespectful or alterations myself with any of the other residence. Maintenance is typically very helpful though there have been incidences where a little additional information would have been beneficial such as along with indicating that they would not provide the battery for the firealarm, that they would be willing to change it if I provided it without mentioning what battery type it took. The apartment staff is courteous and I was very impressed that they used a messaging service to answer calls if the staff were unavailable. Unfortunately I've had limited success in receiving a response back based on such calls unless they were regarding renting an apartment. If an interaction is necessary, it is very important to go to the office to register any kind of action needed unless it is maintenance. It is important past that to keep tabs on your interactions as it has happened in the past where matters I raised simply faded away with no further follow up. That said, its not bad as any apartment you rent at will have its own quirks that have to be handled.

Bolero|Recommended: YesBolero apartments are great Pools are clean and community is well maintained. Master bedroom bathrooms are awesome Nothing to complain, aside from neighbors wanting to call the security at 8 pm because your tv is loud, yet it be 3 am and people are laughing and making noise but over all this is an awesome place
Comfort living|Recommended: YesI'd say its awesome Love that theres fitness centers, pools, and free breakfast. employees are awesome as well
