Nice place to call home.|Recommended: YesBeen living at the Bolero apartments since late 2014, and my only issue is people yelling or screaming right outside bedroom windows at late hours. Overall, I'm always happy to refer a friend to come live here.

Nice so far ive been here 2 months but parking SUCKs if you have 2 cars|Recommended: YesI feel like I'm really close to my neighbors so I can hear things like their clothes washing or them having sex but I'm sure they feel the way. I like the fact they have free breakfast mon-fri that's pretty cool I also love the way my home feels everything is so upgraded from my kitchen to my garden tub I love the look and feel and my walk in closet is great . I do hate parking it sucks I have two cars and trying to find parking for my second car is a headache you only get one parking space per apt. but open parking is so limited

It's okay|Recommended: YesIt's okay, I don't have any problems with any of my neighbors. Staff in office can be extremely rude at times, they don't really answer the office phone, I have to call more than once at times. I like that they have breakfast in the mornings. Their pools are okay too, but sometimes they have way too much chlorine to where you can even swim. Also if you need help with apartment sometimes they just tell you to turn in your keys instead of helping or trying to keep you as a resident.

Bolero Apartments are ok.|Recommended: NoThe apartment is nice. The apartment grounds are nice. Maintenance is great about fixing things and fixing things in a timely manor. However there are parts that aren't nice. For example, parking can be very difficult depending on the time of day. It once took me 3 hours of driving around the complex to get a spot on a Friday night. Police are often at the apartment complex and we have heard guns being shot right outside our window. The apartment staff is friendly, but they don't seem to care much about keeping tenants in their apartments long term. Also if you enjoy using the gym expect most of the equipment to be broken at some point or another.

Relocated from wisconsin|Recommended: YesMe and my family relocated here to Phoenix from Wisconsin a few weeks ago. Upon leasing here I never saw the complex and solely had to rely on pictures, emails etc. of course I was nervous about making such a big decision on something that I barely knew anything about. I must say that the staff was great and helpful with everything. I was able to do everything from home before I moved and they assured me that I was moving into a great place. When I got here the unit seemed a little small than what I expected but once my furniture came and I decorated I realized that it's perfect size for me my husband and our toddler son. I love the fact that everything is updated in our unit even though they told me that the side I'm on is not the new renovated side, so I can only imagine what the renovated side looks like. But the grounds are clean and always upkept. They have staff who regularly cleans the pools, pick up trash and take care of the landscaping. Sometimes at night you'll see and here people in the pool but it is summertime so I don't mind it much. I like the fact that this complex is very diverse, it's all types of races, age groups, families with children and everything and for me that was very important. It's not just filled with single college kids or plenty elderly couples it's a mixture of everything. People are very friendly and respectful around us. They serve breakfast every morning on the weekdays and I think it's so nice. I go almost every morning and they have a special menu daily with everything you could think of and they have a staff member who runs it and she's great I could tell she was in tune with the community because she would greet everyone with a smile and a good morning some people she would know their names, ask about their kids and spouses. She kept the area clean and fully stocked of everything plus she actually cooks the food right there so no old food just sitting there or frozen mess. I love living here and would recommend this place to anyone compared to some I drive pass. The only thing I don't like is that once the gates close at night it's easy for people who don't live here to get in. We all get a code but the gates are automatically able to open and stays open enough for one car to drive in then it will close but it's censored to open back up once a car approaches from the other side coming out so I would see cars or even people stand by the gates and wait till someone comes in to drive through. It's not to big of a deal but people just have to be mindful. Overall I'm pretty pleased with my new home and I hope my review helps whoever is in doubt.
