Nicesubmitted by Melissa E. - |Recommended: Yesthe gym could be way better that needs an upgrade. the apartment its self is not as good quality as you would think. there is a big gap between the door and door frame. my door whistles when its windy. and I can hear the cars very well but not unbearably. but even after all that I love my apartment especially free breakfast except bagel day
A good startsubmitted by Jennifer E. - |Recommended: YesThat it is a good place to start, maintenance team very handy and prompt never an issue. Felt secure with roaming security guard at night. Only cons are that too many random people walk into the apartments, sometimes to use the pool, parking....my new car now has multiple scratches on doors from careless parking lot neighbors, and resident drama.
Apartment is not being maintained adequately.submitted by Olatunde O. - |Recommended: NoThe apartment is starting to look old. Environment cleanliness is heading in the wrong direction. Gym is unkempt, and with many nonfunctioning equipment. Apartment entrance doors don't always open correctly. Road into apartment entrance is always congested in the morning. Overall, it seems better management is necessary. I will not be renewing my lease.
The apartment I have is a one bedroomsubmitted by Evette C. - |Recommended: YesOverall I would rate this apartment out of 1 out of 10 I would rate it a 7 I feel like the rent that I'm paying is way too much for one bedroom the one bedroom feel small I wish that the one bedroom felt bigger in a sense, you kind of have to get small Furniture small couch small table the bedroom is a nice size. two of the ladies that work in the office are really nice one of them is a little rude but I think that's her personality she's not really helpful
Great submitted by Maria L. - |Recommended: YesI enjoy living here. It is a peaceful community.
Okaysubmitted by Lauren B. - |Recommended: YesOrganized office and good maintenance but bad parking and thin walls.

Okay placesubmitted by Crystallynn H. - |Recommended: NoI like it at first till we notice it's hard to find parking you have to get to the apartment complex at a certain time. People park their vehicles here and leave. I notice their is a vehicle beige car with a huge dent that parks her car under different awnings and under cover parking motorcycles take up space they should be able to park it under there own awning along with their vehicle. Plus the gate is ALWAYS broken and ALWAYS open.
Great place to livesubmitted by Kiara N. - |Recommended: YesIt's a great place to live. The neighbors are nice. The only downside is some of the girls upfront can be very rude and you can hear everyone's arguments in the apartment complex. Other than that I genuinely enjoy living here.
Decentsubmitted by Heidy R. - |Recommended: Yesoverall they are nice apartments, but parking wise its a total nightmare You're lucky to find a parking space after 6 It has turned into an everyday struggle.
Ridiculous and stressfulsubmitted by Sara F. - |Recommended: NoBiggest issue.... No Parking People even park in my assigned parking and of course you guys can't do anything about it. What was the whole point of your sticker system if you guys aren't checking to make sure people actually live here or are actually in their assigned parking Your priority should be to make us feel welcome and comfortable where we are living. Not a stressful experience. Help out just a little bit if that's not asking to much. I wouldn't want you guys to stress over the thought of doing your job
Its ok submitted by Marisela M. - |Recommended: YesParking is really bad not too many available.
I would renew.submitted by Natalie R. - |Recommended: YesHate the parking as a family with more than one car but the apartments are nice, security does their job, maintenance is quick and helpful, free hot breakfast everyday is awesome with 3 kids going to school.
Alright apartmentsubmitted by Ramiro M. - |Recommended: Yesreal nice apartment really friendly, although security slacks a little got my car broken into and the cameras where located exactly where they can't see my vehicle office didn't seem really concerned but other than a little pricy a good place to stay would recommend it to other people.
I't alright. Not great, not terrible. submitted by William A. - |Recommended: YesI'd tell them it's okay. If you're going to have company have them come early because there isn't going to be anywhere for them to park otherwise. I'd tell them to keep in mind that the walls are relatively thin so they should keep that in mind, but overall it isn't a terrible place to stay.
