Okay placesubmitted by Crystallynn H. - |Recommended: NoI like it at first till we notice it's hard to find parking you have to get to the apartment complex at a certain time. People park their vehicles here and leave. I notice their is a vehicle beige car with a huge dent that parks her car under different awnings and under cover parking motorcycles take up space they should be able to park it under there own awning along with their vehicle. Plus the gate is ALWAYS broken and ALWAYS open.
Great place to livesubmitted by Kiara N. - |Recommended: YesIt's a great place to live. The neighbors are nice. The only downside is some of the girls upfront can be very rude and you can hear everyone's arguments in the apartment complex. Other than that I genuinely enjoy living here.
Decentsubmitted by Heidy R. - |Recommended: Yesoverall they are nice apartments, but parking wise its a total nightmare You're lucky to find a parking space after 6 It has turned into an everyday struggle.
Ridiculous and stressfulsubmitted by Sara F. - |Recommended: NoBiggest issue.... No Parking People even park in my assigned parking and of course you guys can't do anything about it. What was the whole point of your sticker system if you guys aren't checking to make sure people actually live here or are actually in their assigned parking Your priority should be to make us feel welcome and comfortable where we are living. Not a stressful experience. Help out just a little bit if that's not asking to much. I wouldn't want you guys to stress over the thought of doing your job
Its ok submitted by Marisela M. - |Recommended: YesParking is really bad not too many available.
I would renew.submitted by Natalie R. - |Recommended: YesHate the parking as a family with more than one car but the apartments are nice, security does their job, maintenance is quick and helpful, free hot breakfast everyday is awesome with 3 kids going to school.
Alright apartmentsubmitted by Ramiro M. - |Recommended: Yesreal nice apartment really friendly, although security slacks a little got my car broken into and the cameras where located exactly where they can't see my vehicle office didn't seem really concerned but other than a little pricy a good place to stay would recommend it to other people.
I't alright. Not great, not terrible. submitted by William A. - |Recommended: YesI'd tell them it's okay. If you're going to have company have them come early because there isn't going to be anywhere for them to park otherwise. I'd tell them to keep in mind that the walls are relatively thin so they should keep that in mind, but overall it isn't a terrible place to stay.
Nice submitted by Brianna H. - |Recommended: YesLiving here is good. I enjoy breakfast during the week. When there is a penitentiary they are very good with getting them fixed in a Timely manner.

Quiet, secure, and pleasant place to livesubmitted by Carmen J. - |Recommended: YesI love my apartment, I moved into one of the renovated Brio units and it's great. The kitchen is very updated, and I have had no problems with neighbors. It's always quiet, and it's overall a great environment to live in.
An upgrade from my previous apartmentssubmitted by Todd Y. - |Recommended: YesPros Great value for a 2 bd 2bth w garage. Good neighbors overall and fairly quiet community. Maintenance is regularly seen around, and they respond quickly to requests. The staff are very helpful, easy to get ahold of and easy to work with. Nice floor plans w vaulted ceilings. Free breakfast M-F is great for me as a single dad. Cons Visitor parking is one of my only complaints. It's seldom available. There is little to no grass area. Long walk from the garage to the apartment.
Residents submitted by Kong L. - |Recommended: Noreidents are just plan rude....inconsiderate the other day my car was park in my stall and next to it someone who park next to me. Well someone didn't have the balls or DICK to go throw his sunflower seeds shell away and just through it all over my car and thought that it was fun to just throw at someone's car. I hope that KARMA COMES TO THAT PERSON IN TEN FOLDS and I do believe in so...
Bolero apartmentssubmitted by Kaycee C. - |Recommended: YesBolero apartment it is a nice place to live. The apartment have a beautiful interior, they're very spacious, a in unit washer and dryer which is a big one for me , and there are many floor plans to choose from . There are three different pools, free breakfast Monday through Friday, and a wonderful staff that are always there to help if you do need anything. Now I'm not saying it's perfect but it is the best apartment I've lived in.
response from property -Dear Kaycee, thanks for the great review; we will share it with the on site team and their managers as well!
