Horrible complexsubmitted by Alberto A. - |Recommended: NoThe parking in the complex is horrible never an open spot.most of the staff employees are rude and keep you waiting.I don't like the fact that your rent is separate from your utility bill so you get two emails on your bill notices so your rent isn't what they tell you it adds up. My rent is 741 plus whatever my utility bill comes out to be. So yeah I don't like this complex

Just needs more parking availability. two assigned parkings would be great.submitted by Edward L. - |Recommended: Yesit is great living here the only problem i have is the parking availibility. on Monday night i spent 40 minutes trying to find parking around the bolero and Aria parking spaces. i finally found a space in the Aria parking and walked back to my apartment in the Bolero section.

Would be nice if things were ever fixedsubmitted by Andrew P. - |Recommended: NoI'm sorry to say things haven't been great so far. I moved to this apartment complex in late January and since I've lived here, things just haven't been fixed in a timely manner. All three spas have been broken in one way or another since I've moved in. The one next to the front office on the Aria has had multiple issues. At one point, it had heat, but no bubbles. Then it had bubbles, but no heat. Now it has heat, but the bubbles turn on and off every few minutes since the controls are broken. The southern spa on the Aria side has not had heat since I've moved in. Not a single day. Every time I speak to somebody at the front office, I'm told this spa is working, but every time I check it, the water is the same temperature as the pool. At least the bubbles work so parents can use it as a kiddy pool, but it would be nice if it was actually a SPA again at some point. The Brio spa has worked for a few days, but has also had issues with being ice cold. Now after Brio pool was shut down for maintenance for weeks , it has reopened with the spa having hot water, but broken controls for the bubbles. Also, there hasn't been a single gas grill at any pool that's been working since I've moved in. I understand that some of the stupidest people on Earth live here at this apartment complex and put charcoal in the gas grills. However, maybe making a small investment in a security camera to see who is breaking the grill would be a good idea. If you slapped a 1500 repair bill on somebody's rent for being stupid enough to use charcoal in the gas grill, I bet this would stop pretty quickly. I have steak that's been sitting in my freezer for months there is still not a working grill. Another thing is the gates always seeming to have issues with their locks. The one near the mail boxes was broken for so long that somebody took it into their own hands and snapped the bars out of the gate so they could walk through with it still closed. Let's not even get started on parking, where the parking space I was assigned to has a giant metal support next to my driver's door, so I have to wrap it in foam just to not destroy my door every time I try and get in and out. I'm only 3 months in and I'm seriously regretting living here. The inside of the apartment itself is nice, but I could have lived in the ghetto and made the inside of my apartment nice. I kind of wanted the community areas to be taken care of, but I guess this isn't that type of community. Hopefully you will take some of this criticism and actually fix things here, but I seriously doubt it. You already have me in stuck in my lease, so why do you care whether I'm happy here.

The only complaint I have is the availibility of parking...never any parking, if you are a family with 2 vehicles and only one assigned parking space. Finding additional parking throughout the complex is hard to come by. Never any parking if you have guests, either.
