Quiet, secure, and pleasant place to live|Recommended: YesI love my apartment, I moved into one of the renovated Brio units and it's great. The kitchen is very updated, and I have had no problems with neighbors. It's always quiet, and it's overall a great environment to live in.
An upgrade from my previous apartments|Recommended: YesPros Great value for a 2 bd 2bth w garage. Good neighbors overall and fairly quiet community. Maintenance is regularly seen around, and they respond quickly to requests. The staff are very helpful, easy to get ahold of and easy to work with. Nice floor plans w vaulted ceilings. Free breakfast M-F is great for me as a single dad. Cons Visitor parking is one of my only complaints. It's seldom available. There is little to no grass area. Long walk from the garage to the apartment.
Residents |Recommended: Noreidents are just plan rude....inconsiderate the other day my car was park in my stall and next to it someone who park next to me. Well someone didn't have the balls or DICK to go throw his sunflower seeds shell away and just through it all over my car and thought that it was fun to just throw at someone's car. Bolero apartments|Recommended: YesBolero apartment it is a nice place to live. The apartment have a beautiful interior, they're very spacious, a in unit washer and dryer which is a big one for me , and there are many floor plans to choose from . There are three different pools, free breakfast Monday through Friday, and a wonderful staff that are always there to help if you do need anything. Now I'm not saying it's perfect but it is the best apartment I've lived in.

WORST LIVING EXPERINCE IVE EVER HAD |Recommended: NoLiving at bolero was the biggest mistake I've ever made in my life. I will tell anyone that even mentions the name bolero to run away as fast as they can from that place.

Staff is responsive and the complex is well kept.|Recommended: YesComfortable and Convenient. I was a little surprised the utility cost and new account fee, none of that was really explained and the sewage cost is higher than my water bill. Overall, though I am pleased.

Rent utilities|Recommended: YesWhy can't the utility notice come with the rent due qith out having to go to their full site. I can't for some reason connect on my phone what my total amount due until when you guys finally post rent due. Which needs to be earlier then you do.

Horrible complex|Recommended: NoThe parking in the complex is horrible never an open spot.most of the staff employees are rude and keep you waiting.I don't like the fact that your rent is separate from your utility bill so you get two emails on your bill notices so your rent isn't what they tell you it adds up. My rent is 741 plus whatever my utility bill comes out to be. So yeah I don't like this complex
