I enjoyed my stay! |Recommended: YesI loved the apartment and amenities. Enjoyed staying there for 24 months. No major problems, and service requests were addressed immediately. Too bad the pigeons weren't paying rent, I would still be there :)

Very affordable and nice|Recommended: YesBolero apartments has everything you need, washer and drier, pools, fitness gym. They provide you with everything you need and even breakfast on fridays for this month. They do care for you, is affordable and nice.
Pleased so far, great customer service|Recommended: YesOnly here for one week, but the entry process was pleasant. If all services are equivalent, see no downside living here. Close to everything I need;public transit, shopping, work, freeway. Ideal in many ways
Pretty good so far.. |Recommended: YesEverything's good so far. Just moved in a week ago, maybe. The maintenance is fast responding and the office staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything's clean. Great place for a first apartment.
Above average but still nothing special|Recommended: NoThe apartments themselves are great and the staff too, but however 90% of the residents are rude, disrespectful, and extremely obnoxious to the point of it just being ridiculous. Next if there is someone living above you, you can hear every little step they take and that is unacceptable. However the noise from adjacent apartments is minimal if any at all. Finally good luck being able to spend any time at the pool on weekend when there is nice weather because you will have to deal with large groups of the obnoxious residents mentioned before, and also forget trying to go out there on holidays for that matter as well.
Ehhhhh|Recommended: NoNoisy, trashy people, broken gate, broken pools/hottubs, roof leaking, lots of irritating dogs, mold on sink, mildew smell, filthy carpet, ants in plumbing, zero insulation, vents in 3/4 rooms do not work. Very sad, saw potential and was very let down.
Not quick on email request for passwords.|Recommended: YesThe trash area is always surrounded by trash bags that others do not place in the actual trash container. Parking is horrible if you do not have an actual parking lot already assigned to you so parking for second car or visitors is always a pain.
New renter so far so good!!!|Recommended: Yesi like the floor plans, the price, and so far the area
An O.K. Place For A Decent Price|Recommended: YesI lived in the Aria side from August 2011 - July 2012 after moving from a different state. This was my first apartment lease and I was very impressed by the layout and cleanliness of the apartment when I arrived. The appliances were brand new and I never once had a problem in which I had to call maintenance to make a repair. The office staff was very professional and handled all my complaints in a timely manner. Now for the negative...The parking situation is horrible and needs to be addressed . The spot that I was assigned was one apartment complex over and the space was right next to the beam that held up the awning for the parking roof. I was constantly dinging and damaging my door as I entered and exited my car. I complained on at least 4 separate occasions because someone was always parking in my spot as well. The hallways and outer complex reeked of cat/dog urine and the other tenants never cleaned up after their animals. There was always a lot of foot traffic from people that did not live in the complex and there would be 5-6 cars lined up to swoop in and enter the complex after an actual tenant entered the gate code. The main gate (pool/main office area) where you go to get your mail is always broken and random people walk in and out. The complex is just far enough away from what I consider the ghetto but just barely. During the time I live there a dead body was found in an alley on 67th and McDowell and a manager at Walmart across the street was shot and killed. Average rent with all utilities was in the high 700's/mo (1x1 apartment). If I could go back and spend extra time in looking for an apartment I would probably grab one off of 83rd and McDowell or some that are around the same price in Avondale.
I think it is a peaceful neighborhood. |Recommended: YesI would tell them that I like it.
I really like it here the management group is great|Recommended: YesI would tell them that the management group is good and the maintenance crew is also good. I would also say you need to bring back a security team and really crack down on these people who blast their music really loud at night. Other than that I don't regret moving to Bolero and i would recommend people to stay here.
