Just Average|Recommended: NoFor me it has been just an average experience here. I've been here for 8 months now and have had an up and down experience. Parking for me is great directly in front which is a plus. The grounds maintanece is good other then the lack of reponsibility from the pet owners. The floorplan that I am in is perfect for my family. The location of these apartments are also a plus. School bus stops directly in front for the children. Right of the I-10 which is really convenient. Recently hasn't been so great for us. Problems with people parking in our stall. Notice for cigarette butts though no one in my household smokes. Which I contacted them via email and got no response. Neighbors constantly coming and going slamming there door behind them at all times of day and night. Lately a lot of late night activity. Lack of security after hours is a negative for me as well. Overall it's nothing spectacular but not terribly bad neither.
Ok|Recommended: NoI have been here for 3 months they say its a drug free place to live but the people who live under me smoke pot and party all the time! i mean they stay up intill 5 am blasting music I payed more to live in the upgraded side they say wood floors and stainless steel appliances both are fake the wood is not even real wood it just kinda looks like it the stainless steel appliances are super fake its looks grey i came from out of state so i signed before i saw what i was going to be paying for i will prob be moving when my lease is up or just move to the cheaper side of these at the upgraded side is not worth the money!!!! and the parking sucks!!! my parking spot isnt even close to my apt i have to park in the guest parking all the time they really need to work on the parking it isnt right people paying all this money and we cant even get a sopt even some what close its crazy!!

I'm going to touch base with the Bolero office today about your review and the issue with your neighbor, but could you please either follow up with them or with me (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your apartment number offline? In regards to parking, it IS a tough parking situation. The parking does comply with all local ordinances and requirements, but when we purchased the community that's how the parking was laid out. The Bolero team put in place new parking regulations last summer, which has helped according to other residents.
