Like this place a lot |Recommended: Yesbeen here now for over 8 months...love the fact that i have a two car garage, lots of storage area, the layout of the floorplans flow nicely. Everything works I did personally change all the lighting in the unit to LED which saved me a ton on money on my electrical bill over the summer...other than that no real complaints other than if you have guests, parking can sometimes be impossible.

Very nice |Recommended: YesThe property is well maintained, all staff are professional and easy to converse with. Monthly calendar of events is cool, very nice pool, maintenance staff are rockin' awesome The only draw back that I didn't think about prior to moving in, is, I hear every time my neighbors two units open and close their garage doors. Seems like one of the neighbors opens and closes it at least a dozen times through out the day rather annoying . As far as expenses, although my place is very nice and swanky, it is rather expensive to live here when all is said and done at the end of the month. Overall, I'm happy and content.
We're loving it so far |Recommended: YesI've been here for just over a month and all neighbors I've met have been great, every maintenance request I've put in has been completed with lightning speed, and I haven't had any real issues. Only thing I could ask for is lower rent Hint hint Weidner . However, it is very nice.
Nice and convenient |Recommended: YesThe property is nice and the apartment is well built. I hardly hear my neighbors I only share 1 wall and have heard them 2 times in total. The parking sucks, we have garages which is great but if you want any friends or family to come over its a 50 50 shot they won't be able to park anywhere. There is an empty lot next to the property that they should buy a portion of to extend guest parking. Other wise love the place thus far.
Very nice because the units are under 10 years old|Recommended: NoThis community has a safe living experience. You have a garage and it's better then apt living. However it is expensive for what is offered. You pay for everything from utility trash water sewer, plus taxes and of course rent with taxes. You also have your electric bill very high to A C and heat theses places. Very high turn over most residents stay only one year. I do have to say make sure you get all details on what you have to pay before you live here. Do your homework to see if it's affordable or you'll find yourself moving less then you expected.

Great Property - Excellent Staff|Recommended: YesThe Cobalt on 32nd St is a great property for its location. The staff are very nice and maintenance now has a team, instead of the 1 person that was handling the calls, but he was a excellent person as well. Visitor parking lacks, because most renters seems to use their garage as storage and not able to park both their vehicles in their garage, which takes up visitor parking, but I'm glad Management stopped the renters from parking their cars in front of the garages. Overall excellent, beautiful and conveniently located.

Very Nice Place Maintenance and Office staff awesome |Recommended: YesApartments are very nice, with lots of nice upgraded features. I had the two bedroom with a den. Granite countertops, wood floors, TV outlets on wall, lots of upgraded techy features. Pool, gym and grounds always clean and sparkling. Easy to live here.|Recommended: YesThe apartments are beautiful and I never hear my neighbors. It's a small community, so everything I need is very close by. The office staff has been bend-over-backward helpful. I love coming in to say hi

It's not an apartment it's my home. |Recommended: YesEverything in the complex is awesome Amanda in the front office has helped us out so much And Freddie the Maintenance Man is awesome Everyone is really nice You have everything. A pool, gym, trash, front porch, garage, plenty of guest parking. We love it here

Nice units But not worth the money due to management |Recommended: NoI wouldn't recommend these apartments until management enforces NO PARKING in front of your garage. I can't get in and out of my garage easily. It seems people are too lazy to walk from the extra parking spaces here to park their cars. So they park in front of their garage. If the people feel they need to be close to their car-use your garage for your cars instead of the garage being a storage unit. Management hasn't been able to do anything and its not fair for the money it costs here. Also, the TV at the pool still doesn't work and is on your website as an amenity. What does it take to fix the TV Lastly, The one good thing here is MAINTENANCE goes above and beyond
