Clean and Secure|Recommended: YesThe apartment community is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and if you need something they are very willing to help. The grounds are well maintained and there is plenty of lighting at night. The apartment I moved in to was clean and only had two items that I felt needed attention which were taken care of in a timely manner. And being along a very noisy roadway highway, I was very pleased with the noise reducing sliding doors and windows. Overall, great place to call home
Good|Recommended: YesYou can kind of hear neighbors but everyone is very nice and understanding. Parking is difficult past 6pm. Overall good place other than those two things.

Personally i would like to see the side walks cleaner. Some kind of freshner needs to be applied for the cat piss smell.|Recommended: YesOver all it's a great place to live. I love the staff and the ground keepers. Vey polite and knowledgeable.

Happy|Recommended: YesIt's close to work and I love that. The surrounding area isn't that safe or nice but I feel safe in the gated community. I love the pool and the staff in the office are amazing My maintenance request was fixed within a day The buildings are older but I'm very happy here

Decent for the price|Recommended: YesYou get what you pay for as far as the apartment. The staff and maintenance on the other hand is phenomenal. Maintenance is quick, and friendly and they make up for what the apartment lacks. The office staff is great too. They always make you feel welcome. I sleep with earplugs so the highway doesn't bother me, but it doesn't seem noisy at all my apartment doesn't face the highway either . Traffic can get hectic around rush hour due to the complex being right by the major highways. But it's in a great location. The gate is closed 24hrs, and supposedly there is courtesy patrol that lives on site, but I have yet to see them enforcing quiet time. For the most part, quiet time is actually quiet which is great since I have my window open a lot.

Good Location not enough parking.|Recommended: NoIts very rough to find aparking with this complex. there is always garbage and dog feces around. people coming in and out of the gym to watch tv not to work out. some of the rules the complex has people dont follow and not once have i ever seen anyone other than myself wipe down a machine after using it in the gym

Overall good|Recommended: Yeswith assigned parking space, I usually have no trouble with parking. But when guests are coming, there are very limited parking spaces for them. Sometimes people decide to have a long loud chat outside at night. or sometimes children yell or scream outside which i can very clearly hear even with my windows closed. Maintenance took a couple days to come and fix my problem, but it wasn't anything urgent so I have no issue with that. Staffs are very friendly. Exercise room is often very clean and well maintained. Apartment ground is usually very clean as well.

Great place, no real complaints|Recommended: YesThe complex is great. The only cons I think are the extremely tight parking spaces. I can barely get out of my car without hitting the car next to me and I've had several instances where I had to literally crawl through my passenger door just to get in. I don't like how 2 of my neighbors let their kids trash the hallway. Always food, trash, ect on and around the stairs. I would like to see the halls pressure washed every once in awhile but only because of the neighbors kids smashing food, spilling sticky drinks, ect on the concrete in the hall by and on the stairs . Besides that, management is great. I love that the pool and gym are 24 hours as I work late nights and like to come home and take a dip or a quick work out after a hard night at work.

Eh.|Recommended: NoNot great, and much too expensive. It was fine when rent was lower, you were paying less for subpar everything and that was fine. Then they raised rent to a ridiculous amount, and it's just plain not worth that kind of money. Not to mention they got new office staff, who are incompetent and a pain to deal with. Collin literally has no idea how to do his job, which is sad because he transferred from a different complex owned by the same people. Also they entered our apartment without permission and thats just not cool.
