Better than most places|Recommended: YesI would recommend Motif. I think they make a genuine effort to make it nice and pleasant. Staff is friendly and any issues get addressed promptly. Aside from floors being a little thin I think it's a good place to live.
It's very community oriented. |Recommended: YesThe apartment complex is very community oriented, the staff are also very helpful as well. They are very easy to approach to ask any questions or if I am having any concerns. There are so many events that help you to not only become familiar with the staff, but also with other neighbors as well. It is very quiet, and everyone that I have met so far have been very friendly.

Home Sweet Home|Recommended: YesIf someone I knew were to ask me about living here, I'd give this place a very high review. No place is perfect but my husband and I love our home here. We live in a one bedroom apartment that is so open and spacious that it truly feels larger than our previous place which was a two bedroom. I love the fact that we have a washer and dryer inside of our apartment and that there's actual storage space in the kitchen as well as through the rest of the place. The parking situation could be a bit better but it isn't the worst compared to other places I have lived at. Sometimes guests have to park further away than they'd like and our assigned parking is a bit further away but still not all that bad. I can hear the noise coming from one of my neighbor's apartment but that's mostly due to her being obscenely loud. We've reported her to the office and they're in the process of handling that situation. The grounds are kept fairly clean, there was a dog poop situation going on for a short time but the office stepped in and since then, no muss no fuss. Our apartment was a slightly older model so there were a few MINOR fixes that needed to be done, but let me just say that the maintenance team here at Motiff play no games. They come in and get the job done asap. And if they need a part or a certain tool that will take a day or two to get, they let you know instead of making you chase them for answers. Staff here have been nothing short of courteous and professional since we've moved in and have continued to do so even after we signed the papers. This will definitely be our last home while in Arizona until we move out of state in a couple of years.
Best community ever |Recommended: YesI have lived here since 2014, and before that, from 2005-06. I love this complex and the apartments are adorable I would buy one if I could. Weidner has done an exceptional job upgrading the community and Rudy is so great to work with Maintenance is fast and very courteous Everyone in the office is so nice and professional I truly love living here

Apartment life|Recommended: YesThe inside of the apartment is beautiful have had minimal issues. The people above me let their 3 toddlers stomp, run and bounce balls until 2am It's horrible and very insensitive to their neighbors. Also very few clean up after their pets. I do so would appreciate it if others did. Wondering why the fine that is listed hasn't been unforced Would like to see some BBQ grills and nicer pool furniture like they have at other weidner complexes. Hoping this will come with the rest of the updates. With them spending so much on gym equipment I would think they could do some upgrades outside as well. Overall I have enjoyed my first month here.
