Would give zero stars if i could submitted by Danielle G. - |Recommended: NoI do not like it here. Its very unsafe. I have had 5 or more people try to break in while i was home and i have only been here for a year. Mold and ceiling leaks everywhere. They also changed office hours so it makes it impossible to talk to anyone or come to the office. The new paint on the buildings is so ugly. They are now charging to receive packages and they usually misplace them.The office staff is always in your business and they are raising the rent...i cant wait to get out of here.

Could be better.submitted by Angela K. - |Recommended: NoStaff needs better training on knowledge of the apartment complex. Staff needs to have a nicer attitude towards their attendants. They also need to better communicate with each other - perhaps having a meeting every morning with your staff on followups, changes, etc. There are certain issues that need addressing are the following 1. Need more handicap parking and ramps 2. Plumbing issues need to be done by a PLUMBER not a maintenance employee. 3. Lights on stairwells and hallways on apt buildings needs to be periodically check 4. Too dark, need more lighting 5. Also electronic communication does not work well, need to go back to paper 6. When moving in, your staff needs to make sure it is ready for move in

Love the apartment great office staff and they do make you feel welcome no bugs no prblems except for there are issues with weather stripping around the front door which I tend to address.submitted by Stephen W. - |Recommended: YesGet an apartment here Great community

I'm impressed submitted by Kathleen W. - |Recommended: YesI lived near the Paradise Valley Mall in a nice complex and so was hesitant to move here. Villas at Cave Creek is well-maintained, staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. My apartment hasn't been upgraded yet, but I like it. There a few minor problems, but I don't have to worry about maintenance fixing them they are quick to resolve problems. And I love the new paint on the exteriors

Parking is not adequate, Screens have tears wholes, but they are starting to repair things around here. It might be another 6 months or so before this place is even close to the amount of rent they are asking for.

I think this property is great.submitted by Tristian A. - |Recommended: YesBeing young, it's hard to find a place to get out on your own and Villas At Cave Creek have definitely helped me get ahead of the game by helping me move into my new apartment in a timely fashion and be helpful the entire step of the way. The office people are great, both resourceful and respectful, and are able to help the best they can. The maintenance guys are really cool and get things done quickly and effectively. Overall, I think these apartments are great and would recommend them to a friend.

Cabinets, carpeting, ceilings, and the walls are an awful rough texture I wish they would change. We really need Recycling Bins for this complex.

And wish there was a place where I could be that my kids and I don't have to deal with smokers, can't even open my window without breathing it in I know that's not your problem. But the dog poop everywhere is when you have little kids and can smale it.

Okaysubmitted by Seth D. - |Recommended: YesI have requested that my dishwasher be fixed because it does not wash the dishes sufficiently. It leaves a nasty white coat around it every time. I have requested at least 7 different times for maintenance to look at it, but because it turns on , I am unable to get a new dishwasher. I have had to wash my dishes my hand for the 8 months that I have been in my apartment, and I don't believe that is appropriate. also, parking is horrible because there are no easy parking spots for guests. Also, there is an abandoned truck that has been there for 5 months blocking a closer spot to my apartment and because the tags are not expired management has decided not to anything about it. I have contacted around 6 different people about at separate times. There are positives about the apartment like the new renovations and management staff, but there are a couple things that just really be irritating. Lastly, the new paint job is not what I expected, and they left some of the old paint which makes it look not as aesthetically pleasing.
