Professional, caring & friendly management. Compassionate community w/ friendly, kind & helpful neighbors.submitted by Anonymous - |Recommended: YesLiving at Mozaic is very pleasant, safe, & comfortable, with professional, caring & friendly management, prompt & courteous maintenance staff, enjoyable & fun community activities, clean & well maintained fitness center, swimming pools, landscaping, and community & business centers. The community has a nice mix of people of all ages including college students, young families, adult professionals, disabled veterans, and some retirees. It is a quiet, comfortable and safe community in a great location in Central/Midtown Phoenix with many cultural arts centers and sports venues nearby.
This has been a great place to livesubmitted by Alan Y. - |Recommended: YesThe truth, I am on 4th street and if auto noise bothers you, you wouldn't like living on this side of the property, with the fire trucks going by all the time. I don't seem to notice it and so this has never bothered me. There is a rare occurrence when I can hear my neighbors, but all in all we respect one another and it stays pretty quiet here. The staff has been one of the best at any apartment complex I have ever lived; they were a major factor in my decision to renew my lease. I have a small dog that loves to go to the office during our walks and get the treat they have for your dog. Everyone has been so good to my dog and that is important to me. Any time I have had a maintenance issue (all minor so far) I have asked for one of the guys named Anthony. He and my dog seem to get along great and so I don't have to lock my dog up all day if I am gone since I am not sure when they would be able to come do the work. I was not able to do this at the last place I lived (they required you to either be home or lock up your pet) and I felt bad for locking my dog up if I was a work since he is used to having freedom. Anthony is knowledgeable, clean and loves to chat if you are home I look forward to seeing him and all the guys around the property. This is a great part of town, with so many interesting places to go and see. Just about every type of food you can crave is close by. We are in walking distance to a light rail station if you are headed to a game downtown and don't want to deal with parking. There are many properties in midtown you can look at when considering this area. But none of them will offer you what Mosaic does for a better price. Add the location and awesome staff and is why I call Mosaic at Steele Park home.
Staff is very nice and always helpful and answers my questions. submitted by Victoria R. - |Recommended: YesI would tell them it's a nice place to live, mostly quiet. The rent is a little high. But I do really like the fact that I have an assigned parking space in a parking garage.
Needs improvement in attitude of office staff and property maintenancesubmitted by Kathy L. - |Recommended: YesLove the layout and space of apratments; love the convenience to major highways and downtown. Has great response when a maintenance request is placed. Attitude of office staff needs some improvement as to how to handle compaints. Also needs improvement in security especially on holidays and major events across street at Steele Park - such as completely replacing mechanism that controls garage gates, issuing of parking passes so that ONLY RESIDENTS and 1 guest are parking in garage during major events and holidays. Other than that, we wil be willing to renew as long as rent stays reasonable and we are in good health.

The apartments are a nice suprise in contrast to the city environment.submitted by Craig H. - |Recommended: NoI would tell them that if they were to live here to find an apartment away from the parking garage. They would say, "But wouldn't it be more convenient to live closer to the parking"? I would say, "No it would not be more convenient. Because of these metal rails in the garage clanging every time a car passes over them. You can't get any sleep". Then they would say, "Well haven't you told management. Why aren't they doing anything about it"? "I have told management and they said 10 months ago that they would be fixing the problem. It has yet to be fixed".

Great place to live.submitted by Jane C. - |Recommended: YesIt is a pleasure to live here, under the new Management/owners. They have done a lot of work to make it a very nice place to live. I work less than a mile down the street so very convenient for me. I like the fact that I don't have to get out on Indian School as the parking garage is in the back. The management does a lot of fun things. The Christmas party was a lot of fun and it is really nice to leave the parking lot on a Friday morning and they are handing out breakfast. Really appreciated.
Love my apartment and its location. The staff is always friendly and promptly addresses any issues or questions. submitted by Desirae B. - |Recommended: YesIt's a great apartment complex.
Great convenient location, nice complex, with friendly residentssubmitted by Justina B. - |Recommended: YesApartments at Steele Park is a nice place to live. The grounds are generally well kept, my only comment about that is while the management does a great job of making sure bags are available throughout the complex, those with pets still for some reason have a hard time picking up after their pets. People are very friendly throughout the complex and the management has made an effort to make the community welcoming by hosting holiday parties, fitness classes, and complex contests. I personally have had a great experience living at Steele Park, with a huge perk being that it is close to Steele Indian School Park and a short walk to light rail.
Impressive staff, clean community, well-maintainedsubmitted by Wendy B. - |Recommended: YesSteele park apartments are a great combination of affordability, amenities, and location.
I enjoy living here, I think the staff is amazing, they really try to get the tenants involved. submitted by Selina Z. - |Recommended: YesI already tell them that I enjoy it so much, there are so many great ammenadies and the staff is awesome. The other tenants are all so friendly.
It's ok.submitted by Sari C. - |Recommended: NoThe staff are nice, it's relatively quiet, it's affordable and close to downtown. However, the halls are visibly dirty, the appliances and finishes in the units are cheap, and there seems to be higher crime than other complexes I've lived in.
Great place to live!submitted by Daniel S. - |Recommended: YesI've lived here now for over 3 years and it's very rare I have any issues. The staff are usually very helpful and welcoming and I've felt pretty safe living here. Of course living in the downtown area adds to why it's great living here as well.
Bradley Kramer, the Asistant Community Director, has provided exemplary customer service. submitted by Mollie K. - |Recommended: YesThe Management provides stellar customer service and I received a great deal on my one bedroom apartment. However, my one sole complaint is that my bedroom wall is adjacent to a walkway leading to the parking garage. I can literally hear verbatim every word a person is saying as they walk through the walkway and I can hear their footsteps as if there was no wall there. Even if my televison, heater, washing machine and dryer are all on at the same, I can still hear everything that goes on in that walkway as if there was no wall there. As such, it is my opinion that the sound installation is extremely poor with respect to that wall.
Feels like home. Nice staff. Beautiful pool.submitted by Justin L. - |Recommended: YesIt's really quite nice. Heart of Downtown. Staff is beyond helpful, and some of the best people I've ever worked with.
It's a nice place to live.submitted by Emily T. - |Recommended: YesI would say that the parking is good and things are kept up nicely.
