Very Safe and Covenant |Recommended: YesIts very Covenant and safe. I have lived here for 3 years.
Staff is very responsive.|Recommended: YesI lived here for over 5 years. I just renewed my lease again. I think its quiet. No one bothers you. The staff takes care of you right away. Location is very nice. Close to circle k, food city close to my doctors, pharmacy and my bird and dog vet.
Decent Place to Live|Recommended: YesThis apartment complex is a decent place to live. The maintenance people are very friendly and willing to help, but there are so many little things that go wrong. The gate to the community is often not working, however I don't feel unsafe. If the campus has free wifi and or the business center was accessible after the office closed, I would say it would be worth the rent. I feel that I pay too much for what I am getting.

Don't like being forced to come up with info|Recommended: Noa required field should NOT force someone to discuss things they're not prepared to do JUST to submit the ranking criteria. this is unprofessional, and something I will NOT participate in... I answered NO to recommending because I will NOT be forced to agree to it if I haven't had sufficient time to evaluate the property... next time, don't make these things mandatory... allow the participant to choose for themselves.
Review|Recommended: NoThis development was great in the beginning and is still pretty good. I only had one issues and that was that My fiancé and I were lied to by one of the office staff about the pet policy. Because of this we were required to vacate the premises within 30 days of the notice that was put on our door. I did go in and speak to the manager and she was kind enough to give us 60 days instead of 30, so I very much appreciate that however I am still very annoyed that we moved in 2 months ago and now we are having to leave. We are also having to pay an additional months rent to break our lease that we would have never signed had we known the true pet policy. Other than this one issue we enjoyed our stay in this community.
I call this place home, parking is difficult at times though|Recommended: YesThese apartments are older, so there are some things that can't be overcome without building a new apartment. The only thing I can really say that has bothered me is the parking situation. If I am going to have someone come over to visit, I HAVE to find an open parking spot to park in and leave my reserved spot open so that they will have a place to park. After 5pm there is no open parking left, and more than one time I have had someone use my space and left me hunting for a space to park in with my children in my car for 20 minutes until someone finally left an open spot.

He is always polite and helps me if I have any queestion or concerns.|Recommended: YesI would like the hot tub to be at the 105 degree setting the main crew says it is at and that's my only complaint. The maint staff is always helpful when I need them. 4 out of a 5 rating.

Maint crew|Recommended: YesI would like to compliment all of your maintenance staff. everytime I pass them on the grounds they wave and say hi. especially Carlos. these guys are a real asset to the company. also including Rudy in the office, always friendly and always smiling.
