The front office staff Julie, Carlos and Ingrid are extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. The maintenance staff fix problems in a timely manner They, too are a pleasure to deal with Excellent service provided here

Ok to live at.|Recommended: YesI would say that it is some what safe. But there random stragglers that do make there way in and like to dumpster dive or go swimming in the pool.

Location is the benefit|Recommended: NoParking is the biggest downfall to me. Each unit is assigned a reserved spot and a registered car to that spot. 90 of the residents follow this rule. The spot next to mine is always a different car with one of the cars hitting mine. They did not report the damage and claimed not to know who the owner of the SUV is. Basically they lied and got away with it. The SUV that hit mine is parked in a registered spot EVERY NIGHT They also own 3 other vehicles that are taking up the ONLY visitor spots in that area. Which means rules only apply to some residents not all. I regret not calling the police, but I left it to the office to handle not that I ever heard back from them. They offer payment online, yet the account is NEVER updated with the correct amount. Its annoying, it's either bad record keeping or poorly managed. The pool is suppose to be open year round, but I've never seen the pad lock off the gate. The complex allows smoking in and out of units. Which means there is nasty butts everywhere and smokers everywhere. It should be limited to smoke free zones, it's 2018 and plenty of evidence relating to the harmful effects of second hand smoke. Maintenance just does what it needs to get the job done, which isn't always the best way. Some times you need to spend some money. The grounds could use some clean up and the building is desperate for some attention. Such as the ceiling hanging down in hallways and drywall chunks on the floor. Residency will be short term, 2 years max to get back on my feet. It's not a place I could call home.
