The Property is very well kept. Beautiful and very easy to navigate once you reside for a few days. Staff are friendly and always willing to help |Recommended: YesLiving here is like living in a resort you have everything possible at your finger tips many pools, fitness center, and friendly front office staff. They are always on hand and willing to help with anything you may need. Moving from Across the US was a big move, but I feel safe and secure living in this community. Also some of the staff also live on premises, which is a big selling point for future residents. knowing they are happy living here and enjoy the many community events hosted by the staff really bring the community together as one. Also having a dog here and knowing that staff are dog friendly is one of the best feelings ever. Skylar my dog loves walking into the office to get dog treats from the staff and today hello

Great place to live but maintenance takes too long|Recommended: YesI have enjoyed living here but when i put a maintenance request it take a minimum of two weeks before they even fix something. i usually have to call the office multiple times just to get something fixed in my apartment. The other tenants need to be able to pack better but that is something that complex cant fix.
I love living here. Have not had one single problem.|Recommended: YesIt is great Giant complex that feels very safe and not too noisy I have not had one problem yet in the 3 months that I have lived here so far. Great prices and awesome floor plans.
Simply beautiful|Recommended: YesMinus the fact that it seems like we are contacting maintenance every other month because of an issue. Or the fact that the spa pool areas aren't the cleanest or the spa isn't hot Not often, but enough that we find ourselves going to different locations trying to find one that either clean enough or hot enough. Rarely But it has happened But... We love it here If rent doesn't go up much we plan on staying for years to come. I haven't been to the office since we moved here. I dealt with the staff over the phone from another state and the professionalism was outstanding. There was only one hiccup, but that issue was fixed before we relocated. The office staff are amazing people. They put my mind at ease while making this huge transition.
Great community |Recommended: YesI moved in month ago, very satisfied with Red Mountain Villas community. I had great experiences with staff. I'm very pleased with Louren's professionalism. She knew exactly what floor model I would like and fits my budget. After moved in there was minor items needed work done and it was replaced immediately. This community gives me comfort and safety. Amazing

Maintenance has been awesome |Recommended: YesWhen i moved into my apartment i couldn't get over how clean it was Every time i've submitted a maintenance request they have came next day and fix everything, i also like how they leave a note with everything they have done
I love living here, but wish it was more updated|Recommended: YesI enjoy the grounds and the location very much I love the area and even like the apartment for the most part. I believe the inside of the apartment should be more updated for what I am paying though. The inside of the apartment is quite old and there are a lot of cracks, stains, noticeable patches, and grime in certain places within cabinets and drawers. I wish that could be updated for the price that the complex charges.
Beautiful and welcoming.|Recommended: YesI would tell them I love living here There are a lot of amenities including a gym so you do not have to purchase a membership elsewhere, Papago Park is in our backyard, and the grounds are beautiful. The only downside is rent is a little pricey and maintenance can be slow.
In the Villas|Recommended: YesOverall the complex layout is quite complicated. Not the greatest floor plans but it works. The mainence people are nice and keep the area looking good. The speed bumps will be your enemy.

Well kept, friendly staff|Recommended: YesIt's quiet, I barely hear my neighbors. The neighbors I've met before are always friendly. The biggest problem I've experienced is poor maintenance done when I initially moved in, but all of those issues were fixed within the first month or two living there.

Great location, great place for pets and outdoor activies|Recommended: YesFirst, this complex is in a great location, Close to Scottsdale, Downtown, Tempe and both our places of work. It's also adjacent to Papago Park- I absolutely the ability to walk out a gate in the back of the complex and be able to do a trail run or hike with the dogs. The grounds of the property are also meticulously maintained with ample dog poop receptacles making it enjoyable to walk around with the dogs though there are a couple pet owners who aren't keen on following the leash and poop guidelines-- these people exist everywhere though, I'm sure . The insides of the apartments are nothing to mail home about. The finishings and appliances in the bathroom kitchen are a little dated, but we've been here for three years so I'm not what the newer units look like. This isn't a huge deal for us because they work fine. The layout we have Vista is spacious with a nice patio. We were really grateful for the ability to exchange the carpet for vinyl tile -- looks better and much easier to maintain with pets. You can also have accent walls painted, though we haven't opted for that yet. The first two years we were here you could have certain parts of the apartment upgraded at no cost for your loyalty of re-upping, but I didn't see that this year. I don't often hear my neighbors, which is nice. All in all, the location of the complex to everything in the Valley, adjacency to Pagago Park, and dog-friendly grounds make this our ideal apartment community.
